If I could I would give it 10 stars just for the customer service!! They are GREAT to deal with. The unit itself is a great value and very well made, the magnets that came with it will hold 3mm plywood down no problem. The honeycomb is very uniform in size and the frame is very sturdy. This is a first rate company and well worth your time.

This honeycomb laser bed is great for my diode laser. It allows the free flow of smoke underneath it and out via my exhaust vent. Exactly what I bought it for. The included low profile magnets help me in securing what I am cutting or engraving to stay in place. Good communication and quick ship made this a very positive purchase. If I needed another one I would purchase from them. The price was very reasonable.

Very nice for the price. My only complaint is, it does not sit perfectly flat. This effects the focus of the laser. It has worked well for me, but I am always having to mess with it to get it flattened out. UPDATE The seller is sending me new honeycomb beds. I must say they have great customer service. I will adjust rating if the new ones are better. The new honeycomb beds that were shipped to me arrived in good shape. The flatness of these did seem to be better from the start, then the first one I received. While waiting for the replacements to arrive I was able to get the originals very flat. It did take some time to do, but am now very satisfied. By the time I got them to the point I was happy, the replacements arrived. The customer service is great. I received messages frequently from the seller to be sure I was happy. I would recommend these honeycomb beds. They are affordable and the customer service is EXCELLENT IMHO.

Pay attention to the size advertised... the 400mm x 400mm is not the working size, that's the size if the whole thing... the actual working size is 350 x 350mm - you lose 2 inches off each side.... If I had paid attention I would have found something else... other than this, it works for what it is.

This honey comb bed fits great and the quality is outstanding it’s thick and comes with the aluminum plat for underneath to protect your table or bench, contacted customer service with a small issue and they responded quickly and resolved it fast hats off to the customer service team. Will be purchasing more Creality products soon.
