I have used it a few times and I personally found this to smell great and okay in cleaning. But the puppy seems to think it is just okay and doesn't enjoy baths with this much as other products. Pros : 1. smells calm and refreshing 2. Does a fair job at cleaning as it removed dirt and smell effectively Cons: 1. Not enough lather is produced while cleaning and I end using the larger quantity 2. Not as nourishing and fur does seem more dry after use. 3. Quantity is not as much as you think, (i) partly because I had to use more to clean properly, (ii) the bottle is not completely full (sealed and not spilled) 4. The foremost my dog doesn't like it much/ just likes bath/ playing in water I will switch to another product that helps with retaining my dog's natural oils and even nourishing it. Still in search !! Would appreciate recommendations. for reference, I have a chocolate lab puppy.

I liked how this product was both shampoo and conditioner. My poor chiquahua has had a time with sensitive itchy skin. After one bath with this product her fur is super soft! She has been sleeping better afterwards as well.

Update: My dog couldn't use it, but the seller stands behind their product. Honest Paws Dog Shampoo and Conditioner - 5-in-1 for Allergies and Dry, Itchy caused my little dog to start scratching until he was pulling out hair. When bathing, I made sure to rinse well. A bit expensive to be throwing away, but I can't use it.

My Pitbull is afraid of water but I need her to be clean. This product has her coat feeling soft and looking shiny. It smells like lavender when it’s wet, but now that it is dry, she just smells like a clean dog. I can be scent sensitive and I’m happy and will buy this again.

Good product. It smells nice and suds up nicely. It’s easy to rinse out as well. We have only used it once so we’ll see how well it works later on. We have a three month old puppy and his first shower with this made his coat shiny and smooth!

I haven’t gotten to use it yet, but immediately could smell it as it was leaked out into the box. The seal was broken on the inside and that’s how it leaked out into the box.
