The defective battery & charger on the first unit caused it to barely move & never charge to the max. Thanks to help from Amazon Customer Service, the wheelchair has been replaced and the new one works like a charm. It's everything we hoped it would be! It has good movement and turns on a dime. The controller is very responsive to the slightest touch! I would recommend the chair to everyone!! I have COPD & the electric chair keeps me from getting short of breath when walking. We ordered the backpack for the O2 tanks and now the set up is just right! The seller, on the other hand, is very slow to respond. The new chair has been here for 4 days and they are just now sending an email to suggest we check the connection to the charging unit. Too little, too late.     • perfect wheelchair for me, but unable to purchase extra battery.
this chair is made for going though any standard door which is great, very comfortable and able to traveling on the street smoothly. The battery is accepted by all airline because 12ah x 24v is equal 288v and airline only accept all battery must under 300v battery. The only thing I am concerned is I won't able to purchase an extra battery. So another word, once the battery is not able continue operate, the chair is no use for me. Battery not charging upon receipt of wheelchair. Contacted company through Amazon to ask to replace battery and cord rather than having to return. Company had not followed up and it’s now been 3 days since contacting them. Very frustrating.

It comes assembled except for joystick which was good but for something that can take a weight capacity of over 300 pounds, you would think the width of the arm rests would be wider to accommodate someone over 300 pounds!
