I have yet to use this product but the car salesman talked about it and used it on our new car. He was not pushing the product just voicing his opinion. Our car looked great inside and out so I bought it for use later. We live in the snow belt so it may be a while!!

This is a great starter kit or basic kit for anyone starting out or deciding to revamp their detailing gear. I waited to use everything a few times before reviewing and I'm honestly very impressed. The products themselves are some of the best I've ever used. I've enjoyed washing cars and detailing since I was a teen and the CG products blew me away. I will openly admit that at first, I assumed this was another niche hobby brand that makes outrageous claims and has more of a fanboy following than an actual quality product. Boy was I wrong! Hands down, some of the best car detailing products I've ever used. I have very high praise for the CG stuff because it is very well priced, and it just works. So you're probably wondering why the 4 stars after I've praised this kit so much. After reading many many reviews it seems the past few months this kit has been shipping out with only one bucket and not two as stated. I took the risk and mine showed up missing a bucket. I contacted amazon customer service about the missing item and they tell me I'm going to need to return the entire kit for them to ship me a proper kit with 2 buckets. I wasn't going to pay shipping and wait around another week for something they forgot to include. So I told them I'd keep what I had and leave an appropriate review so people knew this was seemingly common. They continued to tell me to ship it all back and asked if "everything is set?" over and over. I answered no, because I paid for 2 and only got 1 bucket. Kinda defeats the purpose of the kit with only one bucket. I said good day, and went on with my business thinking I just got worked over but meh, it's only a bucket. They responded again a couple hours later informing me they were going to send me another complete kit, including the missing bucket. So I accepted that offer because, well who wouldn't? Hilarity ensues when the next kit arrives also missing a bucket. So all in all, I got 2 of everything and I'm pretty pleased. I would highly recommend these products to my fellow car enthusiast but go to CG website. They ship kits in full and they are actually cheaper. Just be warned, this kit has a tendency to show up with only one bucket. ... show more
