Our cats love this tree!! It’s sturdy, aesthetically, pleasing, and our fur babies find it extremely comfortable! The instructions were very clear, which made this unit very easy to put together. It does come with a strap to allow you to secure it to the wall. We have not needed to use this. It came very well packaged with the corners of each large wooden piece covered to prevent scuffing and breaking during transit. I did notice that the fur wrapped posts do shed some while you are assembling it. However, this was not a dealbreaker for me. *this video was just after assembling. LOVE. My cat is a climber and loves heights. It was so easy to put together and looks so high end and expensive. It is indeed slippery but I think it’s unavoidable unless the whole thing was made of the “fur” which would not be cute so it’s fine and she’s navigating it fine. The fur is very soft and good quality. Added the photo of me standing next to it so you can see the size / height since im 5’5. If you are worried about the height being an eye sore I would say it makes your ceilings look higher and adds some dimension to your room. ... show more

Easy to assemble, aesthetically pleasing. I would consider my 1yo cat average size and it just seems kind of small. I think this would be perfect for a smaller cat or kitten. He likes it nonetheless

I’ve had this for a few years now and it has held up very well!! The only thing that gets annoying is when they scratch the scratching posts little pieces of the rope fall onto my floor, and I have to vacuum around it a lot. I wish they would sell just separate pieces so I could replace the scratching post that have started to come apart. My cats have loved it! I love that this matches the aesthetic of my home and doesn’t stick out as much. ... show more

Aesthetically, this cat tree looks great and is very easy to clean—which was the main reason I bought it after my old fabric tree got disgusting over time. However, functionality-wise for a cat, it leaves a lot to be desired. 1. Stability: The base feels like thin wood and wobbles easily. It doesn’t feel very sturdy, and I may need to put something under it to stabilize. 2. Slippery surfaces: Unlike my old carpeted tree, my cat can’t run, jump, and play on this one without slipping. I had to order padding so she could get traction. 3. Platform design: The top platform before the bed is oddly cut in half, which limits space. On my old tree, my cat could stretch out fully. On this one, she’s basically limited to sitting on the box, bed, or hammock. Also the box seems small for my lb kitty. 4. Bed: The bed is quite hard—without extra padding, it’s basically cloth stretched over wood with a pillow around the edges. 5. Toy design: The toy attachments aren’t placed at the best angles, making them awkward for a cat to actually play with. Overall, it looks nice and is easier to clean than the typical fur-covered trees, but I’ve had to customize it quite a bit to make it comfortable and safe for my cat. My cat loves it. It is so much easier to clean . We had one that was covered in carpet and it was hard to clean . The covers can be removed on this and the dander and hair is easily cleaned.
