Instructions were very unclear. Throw pillows don’t even match and the cushions are not that comfortable. Like I said. Ok for the money. But spend it on something better.

The set is great, the only complaint I would have is the set is really low to the ground but then again it’s just for outdoors, it won’t have that couch feel but it’s definitely worth the money

This is a nice set, it was easy to put together with two people assembling it. There are some quality control issues that I don't think are acceptable. One of the cushion foams is not cut straight. It's cut on a slant which makes the foam cushion not fill out the cushion cover on one side and doesn't look very nice. Another issue is that the ratten on one of the chairs is not affixed to anything. It's just tucked in and looks like it will eventually start to come apart. I don't think these issues are acceptable after paying $1,120 with tax and shipping. I have emailed the company about the cushion (I emailed them about the cushion before I found the loose ratten) and they offered me $40 refund for the cushion because they don't have it in stock. I don't want the refund. I want a cushion that's not defective. Now that I found the ratten is loose and am afraid that it will start to unravel eventually since it's not affixed to anything. Update: The company sent me the replacement parts I needed. I'm very pleased with the product now and the company's customer service was excellent!
