The couch was shipped in two pieces. First piece had tracking, second did not. The left side was delivered and Amazon treated the order as fulfilled. Had to get Amazon involved to reach the seller and get tracking on the right side. When the right side did arrive, installation was very tricky. The couch attaches by hinges in the middle and on the back for the cushions, but the couch cushions are too bulky and firm to maneuver into them. Couch looks great, fit very nicely in small space. That said, it did not live up to what I expected. The couch is very "stiff" and somewhat uncomfortable due to the 45-degree straight back, and not "puffy" like I envisioned. In my opinion, it was greatly overpriced.

CHANGING TO 1 STAR - i tried to return and they offered me a $0.12 refund and i would have had to PAY to send it back. — the couch looks great. the color and material are nice. but it was hard to put together because the cushions are bigger than the base, so it took 45 min to get the hooks to latch right and it doesn’t sit completely flush. it was delivered quickly, which i appreciate. it is VERY firm, which i was excited about bc i didn’t want it to trash my back. but it’s so firm that it feels cheap if that makes sense. i can’t sit up with my feet propped up without feeling like my back or neck are at a weird angle. it’s okay to lay on, but it’s also pretty narrow. i wanted to send it back but the seller said it would be expensive. so will update if i’m able to return. ... show more
