    • Great massage chair
Better than what I thought but wish I got auto close recliner. It is hard to put down and lock. I got this for knee surgery but doubt I will be able to use it since it's so hard to lower the foot rest but that's my fault. I'm keeping it since the heat massage is fantastic!

Like other reviews, this chair is great on price, massage/heat ability, and general assembly. Also like other reviews, the foot rest pull is tricky to assemble and not that smooth "lever extension" action like you remember from Grandpa's recliner. Long story short: If you want a La-z Boy, invest in a La-z Boy. If you want your husband to kick off his stinky running shoes in the basement instead of the middle of the living room . . . get this chair, assemble this chair, then put this chair in the basement. If you want a quality recliner than don't buy this product, pictures can be deceiving. I purchased this product thinking it is sturdy, boy was I wrong. The recliner comes in 2 boxes you have to assemble it. I had no problem assembling any product but the quality was garbage it is not fully leather. The company had a smart way to make it easy to assemble the chair by sliding the arms and the main backing of chair together to the base/bottom no bolts or screws needed. As I sat on the recliner I tested the sturdiness and the electronic remote setting. The actual chair was not sturdy nor comfortable it felt cheap, the remote setting did work as advertise. They also don't tell you your responsible for returning the chair at your cost if your unsatisfied with the product which will cost above what the chairs worth. ... show more

We purchase this as a Christmas gift for my father Inlaw. So far he loves it. Only thing I don’t like is that the massage part only vibrates, it doesn’t massage as describe but since my father in-law was ok with it, we decided to not send it back.

I bought two of these chairs for husband’s mancave. They were super easy to assemble. They are very comfortable. The massage and heat work beautifully. The only slightly negative thing is pushing the leg recliner down can be a little hard for me but it’s very easy for my husband. For the price, I wouldn’t even count this as a negative.
