This couch came in 2 large boxes. I liked that it took me literally a half hour to assemble this with my daughter. The color is spot on. Very nice fabric. The wood is a cheaper wood as well as the legs are cheap plastic. I like that if I want to change the way the couch is arranged, all I have to do is take it apart and do so. Very nice. This couch is large but not fluffy but is good enough to serve its purpose. Hopefully will prevent my kids from sleeping on it. I gave 4 stars for comfort because it is more on the firm side. And I gave 4 stars for sturdyness because I feel after a while, the legs may break. It's just not a great couch. You get what you pay for but like I said it is very pretty. I read some of the other reviews before purchasing and they were correct. I have a carpet so the couch wont slide apart but it is made that if I had a plain floor- it would definitely slide apart. This is a great sofa for someone starting out or with no kids or pets. I can see that wear n tear may happen quicker than normal. Gona do another review in a few months after using. ... show more

I got this delivered this morning after I pd a man to assemble it at $65 hr. What a piece of junk ! First of all it was missing the 4 main bolts to which I had to drive 28 miles to a Lowe’s to buy. After my return it was being assembled when the maintenance guy showed me how the end pieces of the frame don’t even line up it was so poorly constructed it’s not even built correctly. Also when I think things can’t get worse he also brings to my attention there is actually holes in the front of couch because there are screws sticking right through it. I had to pay for 2 hrs of labor and keep this piece of junk for the next 2 days in my home only because I’m hosting a party I have no choice. I’m covering it up with a quilt because I’m so embarrassed of it. I’m not paying another $130 to reassemble it and pack it up. I did nothing wrong and refuse to be responsible for removing this from my home that’s on you ! I would like my money back and this horrible couch out of my home ! ... show more

I needed an inexpensive couch due to having 2 dogs who do not know the meaning of the word "gentle". It was simple enough to put together. The other reviews are 100% correct in that the seat cushions don't stay in place. I bought a roll of carpet grip padding and cut to size. That works well. Velcro didn't work at all because it didn't stick to the fabric. My only complaint is that the material on the base ripped under the cushion on the end of the chaise part. One dog has decided to use that as her hiding spot for all her toys. My concern is that it will get so bad that the cushion itself falls through. Other than that, I like it. I don't write reviews. Must have ordered 100 times from Amazon. Too busy, but had to comment on this, mostly because I always read reviews before I buy, so feel I should contribute. First, easy to assemble. 6 bolts per section, plus 4 feet, that's it! Everything came covered in plastic bags, which made it clean, in perfect condition. It's big, when assembled. Pay attention to assembled dimensions, they are exact, so it was perfect size for us. It's not tall, it's not short, the cushions are correct height. We use a area rug under the front legs, on a tile floor. It doesn't slide. If it did, I would simply put double stick tape on the feet or glue some non slip rubber on them. Problem fixed. Since its one color, we use a 48"×30" striped ottoman to add pizzaz. The little pillows we use on our king bed as decorations. No slipping. Problem solved. All the seat backs are velcroed in place...wonderful! During assembly, we noticed there are holes to either assemble this are chaise on the left or chaise on the right. Very smart and cool! Maybe we move sometime and need to switch. Also noticed all the seat cushions have zippers, so they can be removed and cleaned. Cool! Which reminds me, we are going to scotchgard it once a year. And best of all, It looks like a sectional costing $1000's. The small cloth pattern is very cool and stands out. The tufted seat cushions add style and dont have buttons, which usually get torn. Ok so I will start by saying that for $599 this is a nice couch. The material is soft, the color is a pretty light gray & it seems to be a pretty good quality. The downfalls: the couch is two separate pieces with nothing holding the lounge to the couch, so on hardwood floor it slides everyyyyywhere. I'm sure it's an easy fix but definitely something that is worth pointing out. Also, the cushions on the lounge also slide everywhere. I recommend purchasing some utility strength Velcro when you purchase this couch because you're going to need it. The comfort level is ok. The back cushions are very firm and puffy so it makes the part you sit on pretty shallow. If you're a tall person with long legs this probably won't be comfortable for you. (I'm sure the cushions will flatten more in time and be better.) The corner and lounge are more spacious and comfortable. Also it's a bit straight up and down for my liking. I like the backs to lean back a little so you are in a more relaxed position. The ottoman is not currently available but when it's in stock i'm going to to buy it to create more of a longing, put your feet up and relax type vibe. ... show more

I have 3 children and this couch does not withstand the use of 3 children. I purchased in 7/2019 and within a few months of purchasing, 1 of the cushion’s material ripped. I dealt with it by hiding and did reach out to support in February 2020 but never heard back. I brought this up with a couple different amazon representatives over the phone and was told to look out for an email from the team. I never received anything. Through covid it was not a priority and we hid the ripped side. Now I am outside the warranty, and the springs inside the cushion have completely sprung and the cushion is not salvageable. I called the company to find out how to purchase a new cushion and was told I would need to buy a whole couch. I am also told I’m out of warranty and nothing could be done now, even though I have email proof of my first inquiry to resolve this. This couch is not comfortable, and is not strong. If you need it for a room that is hardly used, then it’s fine. For actually family life it does not hold up. Other notes, the lining has completely shredded from underneath the cushions and the base. The spring in the ottoman have also sprung. It doesn’t affect our feet but don’t sit on it! The Velcro is not strong and the back cushions lean forward so the Velcro is visible. Other notes, the first seller we bought from never shipped the couch. Amazon helped us, credited our account and we purchased the couch through prime. I was really nervous to purchase a couch from amazon, but the price was too good to pass up! I know some people have said that it’s a small sectional, but I wouldn’t consider it small by any means! It’s a great size. The fabric on it is textured and makes it look nice and expensive. It doesn’t trap dog hair and it looks and feels amazing. The cushions are firm, but they’re comfortable and supportive. I’ve fallen asleep watching tv many times. Like many other reviews, I also highly recommend that you buy Velcro for underneath the cushions so they don’t keep sliding off. It will save you a lot of trouble. I really am happy with my purchase! We had so many issues with this couch. First of all we had delivery set up for a Friday between 3-6pm so my fiancé arranged his work schedule so he would be home in time. We received a phone call at 12:30pm from the driver informing us he was in our driveway. My fiancé and I both work 45 minutes away from home so we asked the driver to return within the original pickup window. Later that day, the couch was delivered. However, the driver wasn’t able to get the truck in our driveway so my fiancé had to transport our brand new couch in his pickup truck from the street up to our front door. We got the couch unboxed and completely assembled only to be met with utter disappointment. This is such an uncomfortable couch. The back cushions are rounded so they arch your back a bit to much but the backrest is so short that you have no head/neck support. The back of the couch is completely straight up and down. We tried sitting and laying on this couch in multiple positions and could never get comfortable. The chaise isn’t connected to the rest of the couch so on hardwood, be prepared to slide. Also the seat cushions aren’t attached to the chaise so they slide all around as well. Needless to say, we returned it and that was even more of a mess. It was tough to select a day for pickup so we ended up with a Wednesday between 12-3pm. Again, my fiancé moved his work scheduled around to accommodate. At 2:45, still no pick up so my fiancé called the dispatch number and they informed him that they couldn’t reach the driver. So my fiancé waited and the driver finally showed up a little after 3. Over the course of this whole ordeal, no one apologized for the inconveniences or showed any interest in our complaints.
