This set is a piece of crap. I have had it less than a year and it is falling apart already. Pillows have lost the shape and do not stay on the cound even with the velcro. Not a good product.

First off, the couch arrived more than a week sooner than it was saying, so that was a huge plus. It was super easy to put together and it's comfy. We like a firm couch and that's what we got. It does seem to be on the cheaper side as far as the materials go. The legs are made of thin plastic and some of the wood doesn't seem like it's going to hold up but maybe a couple of years. ... show more

Great sectional! Looks amazing is comfy even but ottoman came with a hole in it. Stitching is separating on ottoman only. Seems to be cheaply made or just not very sturdy again Ottoman only. In all honesty, I'm very impressed with this couch! It came in two big boxes and my husband put it together in 20 minutes. The cushions are firm like the reviews state, but they're not so firm that you hurt after sitting for a while. They're still soft and it's easier to get comfortable when you're not fighting gravity while sinking in to a couch that has too soft of cushions. I would have given five stars, but both the couch and ottoman state that the color is taupe, but from my picture above you can tell that the couch is a darker grey and the ottoman is a lighter grey. It's only really noticeable when we have all the lights on in the livingroom, so I can live with it. Perfect size sectional for an apartment or small livingroom. If you're looking for something big, this isn't for you. I love it though and it fits my livingroom perfectly. ... show more

I have 3 children and this couch does not withstand the use of 3 children. I purchased in 7/2019 and within a few months of purchasing, 1 of the cushion’s material ripped. I dealt with it by hiding and did reach out to support in February 2020 but never heard back. I brought this up with a couple different amazon representatives over the phone and was told to look out for an email from the team. I never received anything. Through covid it was not a priority and we hid the ripped side. Now I am outside the warranty, and the springs inside the cushion have completely sprung and the cushion is not salvageable. I called the company to find out how to purchase a new cushion and was told I would need to buy a whole couch. I am also told I’m out of warranty and nothing could be done now, even though I have email proof of my first inquiry to resolve this. This couch is not comfortable, and is not strong. If you need it for a room that is hardly used, then it’s fine. For actually family life it does not hold up. Other notes, the lining has completely shredded from underneath the cushions and the base. The spring in the ottoman have also sprung. It doesn’t affect our feet but don’t sit on it! The Velcro is not strong and the back cushions lean forward so the Velcro is visible. Other notes, the first seller we bought from never shipped the couch. Amazon helped us, credited our account and we purchased the couch through prime. I would not buy this couch again and would advise against it. It does not hold up at all. ... show more

I disliked this whole product, for starters didn't send the correct pieces to put it together, it came in two different color pieces plus on top it had two different sofas, so therefore the sectional did not go together like it should of. This sofa shouldn't even got a 1! Also, one side of the sofa is following apart,it's cheaply made nothing was put together correctly at the factor by the time my husband and I received it it was cheaply made 20 times worse!! Perfect condition, they took the time to wrap it up to make sure it arrived safely. Love the chocolate brown color. Definiately get the ottoman with it. We got this couch in the beginning of 2017 for $699 with the ottoman. Since then our babies have grown into toddlers, we have a 2 & a 3 year old who have spent 100% of their lives jumping all over this couch, it still stands. Now this is not a $3k couch so obvi its not going to hold up amazingly, so yes it has gotten uncomfortable.... BUT if we have guest over the couch still looks crisp and new and its not terrible to sit on. If you have a big family and a big space and your money isnt dying to be spent on the most expensive furniture, then this couch is for you. Pee cleans off easy & so does any other gross toddler stains. :) ... show more
