I recently started getting into lamps but hated the fact that you have to manually turn them off and on so I decided to look into ways I can automate them. Smart bulbs were the first thing I looked into, but the price didn't make sense compared to these smart plugs which provide a lot more flexibility (you can use it for fans, heaters, humidifiers, etc.) So I pulled the trigger and got a set of these for my lights. The installation was super easy. All you had to do was download the app, plug in the smart plug, press a button, and connect. I have been using three of them for three different lamps and they have never malfunctioned. One thing I do wish that they improve is the Android widget for the app, it looks a bit clunky but works okay functionality-wise. I do like that you can group automation with the app so that you can toggle a set of plugs on and off in a single click which made the day-to-day usage of the plugs for my lights so much more user friendly.

I have several of these throughout our home. They are easy to sync and use. Unlike other IOT devices, these plugs are always connected and never had any issues with them.

Purchased these for use with various lights around the house and the fact that they have Apple Home Kit integration. I choose Apple Home kit because I am really sensitive to personal privacy, and don't believe that any other system offers the safeguards that Apple does. All that is well and good, except for the fact that these smart plugs are incredibly dumb, are difficult to pair (one of the four is outright broken), they have next to no documentation and absolutely zero technical support from either Amazon or the company itself. Basically, you are on your own, and unfortunately with one of the plugs refusing to pair and no way to get support, there is no option except to return them all. You get what you pay for, unfortunately, and these are priced really well but fact is they don't work. And their app is awful... there is no functionality you would expect from taking the time to download an app, like setting timers or doing other fancy stuff like grouping sockets together... it basically offers next to nothing unless up upgrade to their premium version, which I have no interest in doing. Buyer beware... you get what you pay for, and these don't cost much and thus give you nothing but trouble in return! Next time I will buy a name brand that offers actual support for their product!

The price was right on these, four for 20 bucks. Three of the four worked perfectly when I added them to HomeKit. The fourth one refuses to show up. I’m not gonna bother returning the whole package but wanted to note the 75% success rate.
