Great product. Total game changer for home workouts. I wish it came with a wall mount option, I used this ring drilled into a stud to mount it, Im a petite woman so it works fine for me, not sure I’d trust it for a big or normal size person though.

When I first got this home resistance training kit, I was pretty excited—until I opened the box and saw all the different pieces. I was immediately overwhelmed. There are so many straps and clips that I honestly didn't know where to start. It just felt like too much to figure out at the time. So, I ended up leaving it sitting on the floor for quite a while, untouched. Instead of spending time trying to put it all together, I went back to using my simpler resistance system—the kind that just hooks over the door and is plug-and-play. No manual needed, no guessing, just hang it and go. It was way less intimidating for me when I just wanted to get my workout in without overthinking the setup. That said, after finally giving the kit another look, there are some things I genuinely like about it. One feature that I liked is that you can use only one strap if you want. Some exercises just require one strap, and I didn't like holding onto both. After assembling it correctly, setting it up for subsequent workouts was easy.

I am one of those people that do not normally leave reviews but I had to in this case. I LOVE these suspension straps. It is really a lot of fun to workout with them. They are so versatile and take up no space- they are perfect for an at-home workout, especially if you live in a small space or do not have a lot of room. You can do so many compound movements which makes your workout shorter in duration. Something about this system engages more muscles than you are necessarily trying to target. For instance, when I am doing bicep curls, because I am also pulling myself up, I am using back muscles at the same time. It's great. I even bought a set for my 77 year old mother who is trying to get her strength back after heart surgery. The straps give her a sense of stability that make her feel safe while doing squats and lunges, etc. Anyway, can't say enough about this system- it's fun, easy to use, durable, and effective.

These are comparable to the TRX straps at my local gym. I've only had them for a short time, but they seem quite sturdy, and they're great for me to be able to travel with so I can keep up my workouts.

The media could not be loaded. This suspension trainer was a great addition to my home gym! There are so many exercises you can do, especially core work! Super easy to set up and use. It comes with a door anchor so you can take these straps anywhere. TRX straps are $100 more and they are literally the EXACT same thing. Highly recommended!
