Our Tuesday order was delivered Saturday, which was great. We chose this tree because it was a good fit for a smaller space with a high ceiling. It's a bit smaller at the bottom which made it a good fit for our place. Other people with a larger, more open space might like a different model that's fuller. We think it looks quite attractive. It was easy to assemble. It does require some time to fluff and shape the limbs; there is a brief instruction booklet in the box with a top sheet printed on brilliant yellow paper so that even Mr. Magoo couldn't miss it. Long-term, we'll see how it goes. The stand looks adequate, but it's not especially robust. We don't have kids or pets in the house, so hopefully it won't get knocked over and will last a few years with some care. ... show more

I have not spent the full time fluffing but disappointed that I kicked it up and spent the $300 for what I thought to be a better tree. Lights are nice but if they go out how do you replace?? Very sparce…. The size and shape is great and branches are pretty …I like that it clicks in the stem for lights but how do you put a star on top light it?? ... show more

    • Beautiful tree, but stand is cheaply made
Tree is as advertised. Easy to install and attractive. However, one of the legs broke when we assembled the tree. The bar on the leg broke where is welded to the post of the tree. The weld seemed to be too thin. Had to call customer support at Polygroup. They said they would send me a replacement stand in about 7-10 business days. I hope that is the case. ... show more

Our plans for a live tree were thwarted by a "pandemic-related" rush on trees in our city. But we really wanted the warmth of a tree in our apartment. After a frantic search online, I found this reasonably priced and happily very pretty tree on Amazon. With Prime delivery , I Ordered on a Sunday and received it 2 days later!!! Wasn't expecting a lot, and was so very pleasantly surprised. The white "fairy lights" add a warm glow. You MUST shape the foldable branches carefully by hand, but when you do and then decorate with ornaments the tree looks pretty full and fluffy. Saw other artifical trees for twice the money, but this has met our needs and totally saved our holiday!!! ... show more

This tree does not have the fullness you see in the picture online. I’ve fluffed & separated branches only to still have huge areas where you see straight through to the center pole from any angle. Very dissatisfied, I’ve had my eye on this tree for over a year & when it dropped below $300 I snagged it only to be extremely disappointed with the end result. Will not purchase another tree from this vendor. Save your money. ... show more

I have been reluctant to move from a live tree to an artificial one but realize I can no longer manage the care and disposal of a live tree. This tree is perfect for me. There are plenty of lights, the tree is very easy to assemble and the needles are realistic. Best of all, there is an abundance of greens on each branch that can be spread so that the tree looks fuller like a Douglas fir or more spare like a Noble.
