All right, to start out I'd like to say this product wasn't my first option, but it should have been. Initially, I bought from a company with a boat in their logo since I don't want to name-drop. I had used their products in the past and was more than satisfied. However, this go around, I was very disappointed when the product I had purchased arrived DOA (verified with two other sticks of RAM that I already had). I returned the dead stick and decided to try this product since I had just purchased and successfully installed a DDR5 version on a different laptop. This stick was installed in a laptop primarily used for school tasks to give it a little more to work with, and it is working flawlessly so far. Only time will tell how good of a purchase this was, but so far everything is working exactly as expected. The other company can sail away for a while, at least unless they decide to focus more on their products and QC, instead of advertising and RGB lighting.

I bought two 16GB sticks to eliminate any potential memory bottleneck for my laptop's performance. This should be overkill for the life of the computer, but it's cheap insurance if you do it yourself verses paying for the extra memory from the factory. I've had no issues Ripjaws memory in several computers now- buy with confidence!

Popped this in Lenovo IdeaPad 15" notebook PC model 15ALC6 82KU in place of the oem Samsung 4gb RAM and it's perfect. All open apps and programs just gets to around 30% ram utilization for the new total ram size 20gb. Previously with the oem total 8gb I was hitting high 70%. Notebook has 4gb soldered to mb, one slot for upgrade. Specs: AMD Ryzen 5 5500U, 8gb RAM [now 20gb], 256gb nvme 2242 ssd. Attached pic compares the removable oem 4gb chip and the newly installed G.Skill 16gb chip side by side.

Intenté mantenerla instalada en sincronía con la tarjeta que tenía el portáti (4gb) y aunque manejaban las mismas frecuencias noté algún comportamiento errático sobre todo al realizar copia masiva de archivos (la velocidad de copiado era muy alta, luego bajaba brutalmente de manera no tan aleatoria) lo que me llevó a pensar que había un problema, retiré el módulo de 4gb y dejé solo este módulo de 16 y el funcionamiento de mi laptop nunca fue tan bueno, aprovechó las velocidades de transferencia de mi ssd y el nvme, el copiado de archivos dejó de ser errático y pasó a ser tremendamente estable y como dije, aprovechando las velocidades de lectura y escritura (pudiendo copiar ahora en el ssd a 400mbs y el en nvme a 750mbs). Eso sin mencionar que ahora puedo usar VMWare con 3 o 4 máquinas virtuales al tiempo, wsl2 y chrome sin pensar en cerrar ventanas. Excelente inversión.

I added this to my ASUS ROG Strix G513 laptop that originally came with 16 GBs of RAM (I believe it was rated at under 2000 MHz). Because I like to game and multitask with school at the same time, I came across this product after searching for upgradeable RAM for my laptop and saw how many positive reviews there were. Those people were not wrong. This was easy to install and made my multitasking and gaming experience much better. I highly recommend this product if it aligns with your budget.

My HP Elitedesk 705 G4 came with a single 16GB SO-DIMM. I wanted both additional memory and the advantage of two channels of memory rather than a single channel. The Elitedesk's existing memory was also 3200, so this was an appropriate addition. It installed quickly and was recognized by the BIOS immediately. Easy deal. Windows and various utilities "see" the memory properly and I've had no issues with memory (or the PC) since installation. Quick delivery, nicely packaged. I am not a gamer so I can't comment about that. Note this is laptop memory but it is what is used in the compact Elitedesk.

Mixed the memory with whatever came stock ( I think it was Samsung) and seems to work fine and at correct speed and timings. So I have 1x8Gb + 1x16GB for 24 total. Had it for about a month and no crashes with plenty of usage.
