I don't write many reviews, but occasionally I buy something that leaves me pleasantly surprised. In this case, when we pulled our artificial Christmas tree out of storage the day after Thanksgiving, I was shocked to find it had electrical problems with its microdot LEDs which made large portions of the tree dimly lit and others brightly lit. It was three years old. It feels stressful looking for a new artificial tree at that moment, but when I saw this tree, and the photos on some of the reviews, I was cautiously optimistic. I wanted to come back and add some additional photos as well as my experience. We purchased the 10' version. Unpacking the tree was easy, and it's very straightforward to assemble. I spent just under 2 hours fluffing it because I wanted to see what it could look like if I did my best. I was blown away at the fact that you can't see through the tree once it's fluffed. They did a great job consistently adding branches midway down each main branch. When you fluff those it really increases the density of the overall look and the tree is sturdy. I don't have any concern about it being knocked over easily by accident. My one note is I think next year I'll fluff each level as I go, just to make it easier to see what I've fluffed. As this was my first time with the tree, I wanted to confirm the lights worked first before I took the time to fluff. I bought this tree on sale and frankly think the value for what I made was extremely good. I've had a Balsam Hill tree before and this one blew the quality of that tree away for less than half the price. I had read one review complaining the lights reset to a default blinking pattern every time the tree was turned off, but that was a review from a couple of years ago. I didn't think that was a deal breaker, but we found it stays on our last setting when we turn it off and on using the remote. I'll add the lights can be dimmed/brightened for any of the modes and the range is pretty significant. I am attaching photos of the white lights and colored lights with room lights on, as well as a colored lights photo with room lights off. The tree lights in these photos are in the middle of the range, so they can be brighter or dimmer than what you see in my photos. The other thing about artificial trees is how good the individual tips look, and I really like these. The manufacturer's photos don't do them justice. I consider this artificial tree one that's design is based on a lot of well-established assembly practices (wire tree limbs and tips, strong enough to hold the weight of an ornament) with flawless execution. I hope this tree lasts for many years, but it certainly is a highlight for us this season. Thanks Liberty!

I have had many artificial trees, and managed to keep a few them for a few years. I have higher hopes for this one! It is SO sturdy and easy to assemble - and it is simply gorgeous. It is full enough that if you don't want ornaments, it would be fine, but there is space enough for decades of collectibles if you are like me (my earliest ornament goes back to 1961 from my Grandma). I would recommend wearing a long sleeve tee shirt and cotton/lycra gardening gloves to "fluff" the branches - start in the back and move forward, and "messy" is OK... Like Mother Nature. I've included a wide picture so you can see scale... This IS a large tree. My hope is that the company makes a 6 or 7-footer in the future so my children can all buy one! My remote didn't work (though the foot pedal did, so I knew the lights were fine) and the company sent a replacement the same day - and it works beautifully. The ability to change from colored to white lights, to blinking and/or fading lights makes this fun for families with small children. We are fans!

First artificial tree we have purchased after 25 years of buying real trees at Christmas. I was hesitant to make the switch but the quality of this tree made it easier. No regrets. Its beautifully shaped, easy to assemble (no needles were shed during assembly) and sturdy. Every branch could handle the heaviest of our ornaments. You save time not having to string the lights but you do have to fluff the branches so as far as time consuming, its a wash. We paid for this tree what we would have paid for a real one of the same size. It came with a nice storage bag. I will update this review if anything goes wrong in the second year of use. This 9ft pre-lit tree is absolutely stunning! The lights are bright, colorful, and make the whole room glow with Christmas magic. It looks so full and gorgeous once decorated, even better than I expected. My little kids are *obsessed* with it. We upgraded from a 7ft tree this year, and this one feels so much fuller and more grand. The 9ft height fits our space way better. We set it up as a family and it took under an hour — each section clicks together and the lights connect automatically, which made it super easy. Zero mess and feels really sturdy, which is important because we have littles. The remote lets you switch between white and multi-color lights, and the branches look really full once fluffed. Overall, it looks beautiful and feels like a tree we’ll be able to use for many years!

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it could be a touch more dull but overall I’m very happy with this tree. It looks real, it has great light settings, and it’s pretty fluffy. I can see through to the center but it doesn’t affect the look. I was able to set it up without my husband which is a plus but I did get the 10 foot tree and it was very heavy to do on my own. The fluffing is time consuming but makes a huge difference. I wish it had an open plug at the top for a lit up tree topper but I just ran an extension cord to light it up.

This tree is gorgeous. I’m VERY picky about my tree. It’s so full with so many branch tips. Yes fluffing the first time takes a bit BUT well worth it. The company is amazing. When it arrived the box was awful. It was not handled well during shipping so we put it together early to make sure nothing was lost or broken. My lights didn’t come on. Called the company a while on phone My husband realized the bottom connection was loose. They all came on. The company wanted pics of the box so they could complain about how their product is being handled. Plus sent me a 1 foot lit tree free. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tree and company. Please ignore tree bag and my grandsons skibidi toilet in the video.

This is a fabulous 10 foot tree and I highly recommend its purchase! I read the other reviews and was ready with gloves to help fluff the tree. To my pleasant surprise, a set of gloves came with the tree and they worked perfectly. Thank You! It took me quite a while to fluff the tree and I did it in a systematic manner, by section. I put section D into the stand, checked the lights and then fluffed all the branches. Then I put in the next section C, connected the lights to ensure they worked, and fluffed the bottom branches of section C before I “dropped” the next layer of section C. Then I added section B, connected and checked the lights, fluffed the branches. I fluffed section A before I put it on top of the tree. Now comes the task of decorating it with 4 decades of ornaments!
