Actually the only thing I order that had no problems. Quick and on time delivery. A little confusing on the plug part. Please be sure you pull all out of the box first. Screws for base we had problems with. Didn’t really fit the holes. Stunning tree once up. Easy to fluff and very full. Our favorite for the lights became the twinkle like setting. Love how some twinkle and rest stay on. Very sturdy once the screws went in. My granddaughter pulled and it didn’t move. ... show more

I recently ordered a 9 ft pre-lit flocked tree, and let me tell you, it was love at first sight! The setup was a breeze—just unpack it, fluff the branches, and voilà! It was looking stunning right out of the box, radiating holiday cheer like a festive diva. However, as I stood back to admire my work of art—decked out in ornaments and garlands—cue the dramatic music: a section of lights decided to go rogue and turn off! Now, picture this: me, fully decked out in my holiday spirit, staring at my partially lit tree like it's some kind of ironic Christmas joke. With all those decorations, there was no way I was going to strip this tree down to send it back. I tried to hunt for the culprit bulb—talk about a whole new level of commitment to holiday aesthetics! So here I am, hoping the company reaches out to save the day like a holiday superhero. I really want to love this tree—it’s gorgeous! But right now, I’m left feeling like I've got a Christmas tree that might just start a revolution of "The Half-Lit Brigade." Absolutely LOVE this tree. Ours died and I was forced to buy this one. 5 years later it is holding strong and has had no issues with lights going out or anything breaking. The tree is easy to open and fluff, it’s easily assembled however is heavy (given its size), and fits the space really well. The only downfall, it sheds like CRAZY. It sheds the dusty snow all over the place and is itchy if it gets stuck on our clothes and skin. ... show more

Just finished decorating my 6 ft tree. It looks great -- every bit as beautiful as trees from big box stores costing 2-3 times as much! Was easy to assemble. The pre-lit lights saved so much time. We'll see how long the flocking lasts ( it sheds a bit during assembly.

It was easy to put together.. 1.2.3 and it’s upright. Yes a bit of the white flocking made its way to my floor, not a problem! I fluffed the branches about. 10 minutes and then began the decorating. From beginning to end it was right at an hour, that’s it. The lights are hidden, which I appreciate very much. The twinkle is making me happy!
