    • So pleased
We took out our tree to decorate and all the lights had gone out. Looked at lots of trees and went with this one so can decorate how I want and to have a beautiful 9ft tree in our new place. It’s great quality, easy to assemble and to fluff out the branches and beautiful. We did get a Christmas tree bag for storage separately too which I would recommend as box isn’t great long term storage after holidays- would DEF recommend ... show more

    • Lights are not LED.
At first glance, it’s beautiful. It does take a while to fluff, but I feel like that’s to be expected. However, the product is not as advertised. The lights are not LED (I’m married to an electrician) and it’s not multifunction. If one light goes out, the whole section will. They are advertising a product that you will not receive. ... show more

    • Good but heavy.
We haven't used this yet (bought as at after-Christmas sale), but it looks ok. But we were surprised by the weight. The whole thing weighs 80lbs/36kg, and two of the individual sections are about 30lbs/14kg each. The tree this is replacing is the same size but about 30lbs lighter.

These images are fresh out of the box and setup. The base diameter is 66”. My 1st fake tree that I’ve owned and I am very pleased! Lights are NOT terrible LEDs. They come with replacement bulbs. The team ee is heavy 75lbs. Mine came with (4) sections and NOT the (3) section that the instructions said. Note: I am not great at “flocking” so this tree has the capacity to be much fuller. The light turns on by slipping the parts together, not plugging in the strands. You cannot see the light wires once it is all “flocked”. The end pieces are very real and not one “hot press” fir pieces. In the images there are NO add ons, just the tree opened up out of the box. Overall, it is engineered well. Tree limbs and pieces are thought out. Even my cats just ignore it.🙂 ... show more

    • Very happy with the tree!

I bought a 9 ft tree for my building's lobby. The tree shape and height is just what we wanted. I painstakingly spread out each of the branches to make it realistic. It took about 4 hours! But the results are worth it. The branches don't go all the way to the floor which is good for placing presents underneath it. Many people might want to use a tree skirt to cover the stand. So far very happy and hoping that the lights and support will last for at least a few years. [Update 3 years later, 2024: a small section of the lights are no longer working so I might buy a tree without lights.] ... show more

    • False advertising, 9ft Dunhill Fir w/clear lights
Product description states the tree comes with 900 clear LED lights with a switch to cycle between several settings including twinkle. The tree I received has incandescent lights and no switch, solid all the time. The box product # matches the listing so it was shipped correctly. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a beautiful tree but I bought it specifically because of its variety in lights. Don’t know if it’s Amazon or National Tree Company’s fault but for that kind of money, one should get what’s advertised. ... show more
