I got really nervous ordering this 9 ft tree after reading reviews that said it was not a real Balsam Hill product. What came to me was in Balsam Hill boxes, had Balsam Hill instructions, Balsam Hill ribbons attached and looks fantastic! I’ve always had a real tree and I didn’t believe an artificial one could fool anyone. My husband convinced me to give it a try, and I went on a hunt to find the best fake for the lowest price.     • Big Mistake... Read before you order a pre-lit tree

Purchased this tree last year on Dec. 5th. Out of the box, it was fantastic. Tree looked great. Set up the tree this year and 3 of the strands do not light. I researched on line to trouble shoot. Essentially it's one of the lights in the stand, the fuse light (grey base) or a fuse in the plug. First issue, Balsam Hill uses lights that are specific to their product. You cannot pop a light out of another non-BH set and use. Second issue, I bought the tree on amazon & when I contacted Balsam Hill, they refused to send me replacement bulbs because I did not buy directly from them. They offered to sell me replacement lights. Keep in mind, the tree has a three year warranty Third issue, tried finding replacement lights on amazon. None to be found . Good luck finding the the "fuse bulb' anywhere Fourth Issue, Balsam Hill customer support is by far the worst 'support" I have received in memory. People are nice, policy is zero. It's like dealing with a company stuck in 1987. Long story short, do not buy a pre-lit tree. A complete pain in the @ss to try and fix or repair. The tree is great, buy an unlit one and put the lights on yourself ... show more

Balsam Hill is awesome to work with. I made a mistake by jumping conclusions. They made sure that my tree was overnighted so that I could have it for my holiday. I am so excited, what a super company to work with not only such an awesome quality of product the customer service is over the top. I am so glad I purchased from Balsam Hill I can’t wait to show off my tree you know I’m the first in my friend group to get such a special tree so it’s gonna be really fun to decorating and of course showing it off i’ll have to show pictures later ... show more

Pretty but definitely not as full or bright as pictured definitely not worth the pricetag. Wish I would have shopped around a little more. I also spent almost 2 hours fluffing it to get it full looking but it was really easy to put together
