I’ve been using it for a few days now and multiple times each day—it holds up really well. What I love most is the adjustable resistance and how comfortable it is on the knees, thanks to the padding. It’s also foldable, which makes it super convenient for storing at home, especially if you’re tight on space. I've recently been building out my home gym so I have to stop spending money to pay for a membership, a little more expensive up front but the peace of mind to be able to work out whenever you want and the peace and quiet of your own home is great. This ab machine has been a great addition so far, helping me stretch and workout my core far more than I did before, which means I've been having less pain as I've always been way too stiff. Being a bit of a larger person, I was worried about the stability of this machine and how it may hold up, but after using it for the last two weeks, I'm pretty comfortable and not worried about using it anymore.
