The gym is great and works as advertised. Its an awesome value at this price, highly recommended. There are two mistakes in the installation guide. In Step 3 on page 8, it asks for 4 pcs of M10x90L. It is actually M10x65L. Just go ahead with the 65L part here. The second mistake is in step 23 on page 28. It suggests using a hulu hook (AT) to attach the abdominal muscle band to the wire rope AH. You don't need the hulu hook. Just attach it directly. If you use the hulu hook then you will run short attaching the low pull tube group (AE) or the high pull tube (U).

It does the job for a good work out. The weights do not add up to 160lbs. Close enough to not send back. Not all the hardware was there (screws). Didn't want the hassle of sending back, so we found some that was the same size and used them. It was ok to put together, we just need to study the instructions first to catch on. It did not come with a workout chart. Ok for the price, will continue to use but would not purchase again.

Not sure of the Neg Reviews, it's a lengthy process to put together but once assembled it glides through each exercise like butter. I would not hesitate if your looking for a all in one minimal space required workout machine, with plenty of weight to get the job done.

Purchased this to take the place of a gym membership, well worth the trade off. This machine has a good variety of exercise options. It uses live weights so it is good for both heavy and light lifters.

This is the only at-home gym we've had with a leg press attachment, and we didn't have to buy it separately. The footplate is a bit small, so my feet are closer together than I'd like, but otherwise, it's perfect. Assembly was easy, and with over 100 lbs of weight, it's great for maintaining fitness without taking up too much space.

We're very happy with the quality, especially for the price. At 5'10'', I've been comfortable with every exercise I've tried. Assembly took about 4 hours, including unpacking and organizing. The cable and pulley installation took some time to figure out, but overall, the instructions and fastener organization were excellent.
