the assembly was clear with book but it did not go together exactly how the cables were support to work. the system is clunky for workout , the weights pin binds or unscrews as your using the system . the weight says 150 lbs but it is not clear what your using also the weight makes no sense when you try to figure it out and going from one plate to the next is huge jump in effort hard to progress. Used for a few months and I feel it this unit is not usable for you to grow in progress

I recently purchased the Syedee Home Gym and have been using it for about a week now. Overall, I’m pleased with the quality of the equipment and the variety of exercises I can perform. The pulley system is fairly smooth, and the weight stack offers enough resistance for a full-body workout. However, I’m giving this home gym a three-star rating because it arrived without the workout sticker guide. This guide is crucial for beginners and those unfamiliar with the various exercises possible on the machine. While experienced gym-goers might not find this a problem, it’s a significant oversight for anyone new to fitness or home gyms. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference in user experience. I reached out and they were able to provide a PDF for reference but not the sticker the machine is supposed to come with. The machine also had some bent brackets that had to be straightened enough to get the pullys in. Despite this, the Syedee Home Gym is a solid piece of equipment that can cater to most of your fitness needs. Just be prepared to look up workout guides online or create your own if yours is missing, you also may need to make some minor repairs as other reviewers have stated.
