For anyone that has never used this sort of thing, these balloons are really easy to fill. Hook the pack up to a hose, turn on the water and they'll fill up fast. When they're full, turn off the water and slide your hand down the straws letting all the balloons carefully fall into a bucket (grass can cause them to burst). They'll fall off like you're handling a huge bunch of grapes. That's it. Enjoy! :) ... show more

You have to use these quick or they start leaking. so you can't fill them say the night before a water balloon fight, they're good maybe an hour, but luckily it doesn't take much time to fill them up at all.
