AFTER ALL WAS SAID AND DONE, VUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE RETURN WAS A DREAM! SELLER RESPONDED WITHIN HOURS ON A WEEKEND, AUTHORIZED FREE PICK UP BY FED EX SAME WEEK. UNLESS THE MASSAGE IS IMPORTANT, OR YOU ARE OVER 5'9", THEY STILL ARE PRICED WELL! 👋😐 My wife bought two chairs, both of which had a defective nut for one of the 4 feet to screw into, there was simply no way to screw those feet bolts into the bottom of each chair. Rather than going through the hassle of boxing the chairs back up & sending them back, I used an 8 mm tap to properly thread each of the two defective nuts, fixing the problem. Otherwise the chairs were reasonably easy to assemble, although the instructions were a little vague when it came to sliding the seat back onto the base as there are two spring clips you have to pry out a bit to accomplish this task. A couple of the feet on each chair have sizeable paint runs, which are quite obvious when you hold them in your hand, but once the feet are installed you probably wouldn't notice. The chairs look nice, and are reasonably comfortable to sit in. However, the chairs are smaller than expected, I am 5' 9" tall and my feet hang well off the foot rest, so these chairs are best suited for individuals who are perhaps 5' 7" tall and under. The recline mechanism is ok, feels solid. Time will tell how this holds up with daily use. I was rather disapointed with the heat vibration settings. The Heat function, after about 10 minutes, achieves a mildly warm level, which is not surprising considering how small the power supply is. The vibration settings, are kind of weak it seems the components that create the vibrating effect are perhaps too deep inside the back rest to truly be effective? Sure it buzzes, pulses and so forth, but as my father in law described it, "feels like I am laying on my cell phone while it's in vibration mode" and that was on the highest level. Seems to be more effective while in fully reclined mode, but it's still not very impressive. ✋Do not expect to get even close to the same vibration effect you get from the more expensive chairs on the market. 👉You will most certainly get better results with a $30 - $50 back messager and a $20 hot pad. Overall, [ for such a low price ] these are decent chairs. They do look nice, & my wife likes them as they better fit her 5' 7" height.

I brought them as a surprise gift for my dad's 85th birthday. My cousin said he had no trouble assembling them. They are very nice looking and firm seating. I thought from the box size that they would be too small. They are a bit smaller (seat width wise) than the average recliner, but not overly so. I think they are a great value for the price. They look more like a wing back chair than your average recliner plus they have a heat and massage function. I do wish they were a bit easier and smoother to recline... but it's not that bad. I purchased 2 so we'd have a matching set. Over all I'd recommend this purchase. Great look and comfort plus heat & massage for a value price. I can only hope the current quality will last.

The chair arrived in a timely manner. The chair arrived unassembled, 4 pieces plus the 4 legs. Easy to assemble, no tools needed. It's an extremely firm chair. You need body strength to recline the chair back. The description is clear in stating it is a manual recliner. While it can recline to almost lay down, the chair will not keep that position. There is no locking mechanism to stay/keep the chair in a fully reclined position. Body weight alone cannot keep the chain in a laying, fully reclined, position. *This is a Huge Disappointment. As for the heat and massage features. The massager can be felt and I like it. It offers several options. The heat only seems to work in conjunction with the massager being on. You can not have heat only - you must have the massager function on at the same time. *This is a Huge Disappointment! The chair feels stable but there is a slight weakness to the overall chair that I am constantly aware of. Overall, for the price it's a good chair. It's pleasing to the eye, a subtle furniture statement for a recliner. I'm okay with the purchase but wish the heater could be used on its own without having to have the massager on at the same time.

We needed to replace two chairs in a sitting room at a time when furniture shortages ih our area made traditional shopping difficult. We took a chance and ordered these online. When they arrived, they were very easy to assemble - almost self explanatory. They fit together perfectly and operate without any issues. The chair is sturdy for regular use. The massage function is actually a vibrating function but it works well. The heat function in combination with the vibration is very soothing if you have back issues, as I do. Some people complained that the seat cushion is hard. It is firm but comfortable. If it was too soft it would become misshapen very quickly. We paid about $550 for two, and at that price these chairs can not be beaten. Two months of regular use so far, and no problems.
