I have to say, I LOVE THESE CHAIRS. Elegant,stylish and comfortable,they give a room a whole new feel. Gothic in style, and high in comfort, these chairs will give any room more elegance.Though they are a bit of a task to assemble, they are worth it. I got two of them.

I can't answer whether it's top heavy or unstable, as I have it up against a wall, and don't intend to move it. It was fairly easy to install, except for the last step of putting the legs on. I had already read in another review that the last two holes to screw the legs into were in the back piece, so I knew where to look. The problem is that the flap in the back velcroes down along the bottom and covers those holes up. So you have to either pull it back or try to screw through the fabric. So a couple things. I saw this chair being sold by a couple different vendors on Amazon and I thought that the sofa part was going to have a storage on it. And when I got this chair, it did not. I guess I should’ve known better because in the description it did not have that but it look like the same exact chair by the other vendor that did have the storage. That alone made me want to take it back but I still liked the chair and sending things back as a pain in the butt. I Assembled the chair by myself and it was a little bit of a hassle but I managed. And also I thought the chair was going to be a bit taller than it was. At least the tall backing of the chair. It’s a little bit short. It doesn’t make quite the statement I was hoping it would make. I say even for the price they still could’ve added an extra foot to the back of the chair. Overall the Design is cute. It’s a little accent chair which makes my apartment more lively plus I need it more seats so it does it’s job. For the size of the chair it should’ve been $100 chair not 200… But it is what it is ... show more

The back out the chair was a bit difficult to slide into place but once done it's great. Not too heavy. Very sturdy. Color was great! Matched my red carpet theme to the T. Would def buy again. I weight 185 with conduit sitting in it. My sister weighs 230 and she was confidant as well.

It was difficult to assemble by myself so I enlisted the help of my husband. When it's put together correctly, it is very sturdy. I bought two for my office and they are absolutely beautiful! I love the red color and they are velvety soft.
