We bought this chair for my wife, who is chair-bound with a neurological disorder and needs a comfortable place to spend her days. It is satisfying that need admirably. The seller does not inform you that the chair arrives in two boxes, in our case at different times, so there were several hours during which we were afraid we were only going to get half a chair. Those concerns were put to rest, however, with the arrival of the second box. Assembly of the chair is easy and requires no tools. It took me all of ten minutes. The only down-side is that disassembly is equally easy. Don't, for example, try to move the chair by lifting it by the arms; the arms will just come off in your hands. Bottom line. A comfortable, easy-to-assemble chair, well worth the money. ... show more

This is the first time I have seen a recliner come in 6 pieces. I am not sure if this will be reliable or durable. I bought this specifically for my husband who only weights 175 lbs. He doesn't look comfortable in it. If I had to do over I would not have bought this chair. The leg rest part runs a little short. ... show more

The armrest is easily split to the sides, not creating a comfortable feeling when sitting. sometimes it detaches itself from the chair causing me to fall to the side. I am very uncomfortable with it. My weight is 144 bl.

These have a design flaw, there is no brace across the bottom causing the arms to push away from the seat... breaking the plywood holding the arm up. DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Very cheaply made, broke just out of the 30 day window for returns. Contacted the seller by email and phone, no response to emails but did get a nice customer service representative on the phone, who told me they would refund my monies...THEY LIE!!! this never happened. The seller resolved the issue right away. The item is way better than I thought it would be for the price I paid for it. The chair is great … this is manual chair not a power chair yet it’s still easy to use and comfortable. I highly recommend this chair.
