Chair is comfortable and material is nice and soft. The massage is just vibration but it’s pretty powerful. I thought chair came with heat as advertised but it did not. I originally received a chair that there was no way to put it together, chair was bent and customer service fixed this issue by sending out a replacement, they do ask that you send pictures so they can see the issue. Customer service rectified my issues with replacement and gave a credit for the inconvenience of the chair not having heat. Overall for the money the chair and ottoman are a nice piece, does not take up much room and reclines just enough, at least for me. ... show more

I like the vibration massage and especially the heat on the lumbar. Having bad back issues, this has been a comfort to me. I love the soft leather, but having a little dog who likes to grip with her claws could damage the leather. I would suggest a form fitting cover for pet owners. I have had to be creative in that area along with training Bella to wait to be invited up. Recommend quality inspections. One of the drilled holes were not lined up for the bolt to fit in place. It wouldn't have helped to have a second person to try and squeeze parts together. I used a slightly smaller bolt to angle it and secure parts in place. ... show more

The box was delivered partially open. The Ottoman cord that connects to the massage function on the recliner was crushed. So it does not operate at 100%. That's a shame because I bought it for my home office. I contacted Customer Service. I hope it will be resolved satisfactorily.

The chair is certainly the best value for the money. The only reason I didn’t give it full 5 stars is there weren’t assembly instructions given. Although it is pretty simple to put together. Nice recliner but missing the instruction manual. At 5 foot 9 inches, the chair is a little lower to the ground than expected but still very comfortable. The massage feature is a nice surprise because it’s stronger than I expected.
