I haven't used it much but it works better than i expected. I took off a star due to the trouble I had installing the fittings onto the exhaust hose and the instructions not describing all the buttons on the remote. They said to "twirl" the fittings on but should have described that better. The end you are putting the fitting onto needs to be extended by unfolding some of the "accordion" folds. You then need to carefully thread the fitting on counter-clockwise without the folds collapsing. The window installation kit does include an adjustable spacer for sliding windows. It doesn't include any weather stripping. The instructions say not to use any exhaust hose other than the one they provide and not to use an additional hose to extend it. They say to let the unit sit for 24 hours before using. I think because the refrigerant needs to settle after being moved around/shipped.

The noise level is pretty regular for an A/C unit, but it is awesome. It keeps the place cold and will even tell me the temperature of my room when its off. My only complaint was the putting together the window insert and connecting the tubes. Kind of complicated and difficult to attach the tubes.

This is a very nice product blows really cold, easy to set up out the box, good quality. I also like the auto shut off feature nice for when you want to keep it cool at nice but don’t want to waste energy.

I bought 2 of these to cool my upstairs, one for each room. I am cooling 680 square feet. Combined, that is 700 sq feet that both should cool. Both units have been running for just over 10 hours. These units did not cool. They just blew hot air around. As soon as I complete my review, I will be submitting a return for these 54 pound pieces of junk. I was cooler with a dollar store box fan. I urge to keep shopping. Please do not make my mistake.

The media could not be loaded. Almost died from heat overdose. AC arrived right before the heat really started to hit. Now I'm chilling in my bedroom while it's nearly 100 outside. Only problem is I haven't set up the window kit yet. Probably gonna have to cut it to the right length to make it fit my window.

Directions for assembly could have been a bit more detailed which is why I gave it 4 stars but after I figured out how to put it together I was satisfied with my purchase.I have it in my bedroom and it is working very well so far Noise isn’t much different from a box fan so not loud in my opinion.Great for a small space.Overall a reasonably priced solution to beat the heat.
