I assembled this myself. Directions are hard to understand cause you can’t tell what side and which directions some of the pieces lineup, especially the bottom piece and the tracks. Some pieces had little marks, digs, and white marks on it. Got almost done when I realized that I was missing a hinge for one of the doors. UPDATE: Contacted manufacturer and was told hinge is on backorder but they would give me a $70 credit. Wow! Seems sturdy but would have rather had the directions clearer and plenty of hardware. Took over four hours. If you have help, I bet it could be done sooner. I will go to a local hardware store to see about getting a hinge. Would like to use this. ... show more

I got this because I have a 1 bedroom apartment with a small kitchen. I was looking for more storage space and I will be getting a dehydrator and need a space for it to sit. I will echo what other people said, there were some scuff marks right out of the box. I put this together by myself so it's not too complicated. Just make sure you have space to move around and set up pieces. The instructions could use some more clarity like what is front and back. I had to flip some pieces around after putting together. The rails for the drawers are not clearly illustrated so I had to flip 2 of the around. I will recommend putting the back pieces on before connecting top and bottom together. This adds some sturdiness for tightening up. One thing I didn't like is the hardware is visible when everything is done. I bought some black stickers to cover them up. I honestly cannot give this a 5. For the price, the quality is acceptable. It was not difficult to assemble. Some of the details were lacking in the instructions and you will need to stop and think about what needs to be done in a couple of places. Like when install the drawer slides - iIllustrations lack detail. One significant issue is the hinges. They are not what I would expect for any level of cabinetry. They seem to be very susceptible to loosening or even breaking off. Just be careful in opening, closing and never leave the cabinet doors open as the hinges will most likely be damaged if doors are accidentally bumped into while open. ... show more

Overall, once it is assembled, it looks nice aside from the hardware that shows. However, once you touch it you can tell this thing has to be treated very gently. It feels flimsy and there is no way it would last a move. The drawers have cardboard bottoms. It is not a sturdy particle board like some furniture is made out of nowadays. A lot of reviews said it’s easy to assemble, and maybe if you’re used to putting together furniture, sure. This took me a solid 3 hours without having to do any major backtracking, and that was with a power drill. You absolutely need a power drill or it would take you the entire day. As a female in her 30s, you will likely need two people to safely assemble this (when putting the top/hutch piece on the bottom), and attaching the glass door. I needed a very specific sized item to fit in my bathroom (the bathroom had 0 storage anywhere), and this (unfortunately) was the only thing I could find to maximize the space without spending over $500. It’s fine, it will serve its purpose without being hideous to look at, but I’m not sure how long it will last. ... show more

Overall I’m happy with this product. It did take probably 3-4 hours for me to assemble but all was quite straightforward except when screwing the cabinet doors on to the piece. You have to simultaneously hold the door in mid-air essentially while screwing it on. My only real issue besides that difficulty was that the lower cabinet doors and the drawers are not like the picture in that there is a gap in the middle between both (see picture). The drawers just kind of annoy me in how they look, but the cabinet doors should meet, especially if storing food. I just won’t put anything in there that isn’t already sealed. Overall, not a bad product, though you’ll most likely need two of you to get it together. ... show more

Not very sturdy and instructions are only pictures. Very poor quality. Materials used are very cheap quality. For the price I feel I way overpaid. Would not recommend if you are looking for something that is going to last
