We purchased this to replace an existing cabinet in our kitchen. Due to lack of space, this was the only one I could find that wasn't too deep. When we received it, we were disappointed that the finish was peeling off one of the pieces. I contacted the company's customer service and was able to get through immediately and speak to an actual person. Because they didn't have separate pieces, they would send the box that piece came in. Two days later, I hadn't gotten a shipping confirmation and was feeling frustrated at having to keep waiting. Until my husband came home that day and saw the box had been delivered, but had been placed in front of the garage door downstairs. Two days to receive the replacement was very impressive. My son and husband assembled the cabinet. It took about 3 hours and they did hit a few snags, but it was nothing they couldn't work out. Like many other reviewers, there was an issue with a large gap between the doors, but with some adjustment to the hinges, it now looks really good. It's spacious, sturdy and beautiful. I'm very impressed with the cabinet and the company.

I read lots of comments about assembly issues, bad product and other complaints. But I ordered it anyway, expecting the other buyers' assembly experience may have been based on user error or inability to understand or follow instructions. I am a short 72yr old woman and I successfully assembled this cabinet myself. It is beautiful, sturdy and corners squared. Stood it up on a rug and slid it into my bathroom. I love it. Here is some assembly advice. First take your time. When the two 45 lb boxes arrive, carefully unpack and inventory panels & parts. Lay out your letter-stamped hardware pouches in alphabetical order for easy retrieval. Resist the urge to use a power drill as it can do more damage if it gets away from you. Just use a good screw driver that allows for better control. There are metal dowels pins that screw in to the panels and will later connect into locking cams. Make sure you screw them in straight and not leaning so they will neatly lock into cams. Don't try to skip steps or assemble panels out of order as shown in the instruction book. There is a method to their madness. If you get confused, take a breather. If you can assemble Ikea furniture, you can do this. All holes in the panels were machine-drilled in their proper locations. Just make sure you insert the proper screw or dowels into its designated hole as clearly shown in the diagrams. It is as easy as that but perfection takes time.

Cabinet is more beautiful than I was expecting. It did take me a couple of hours to assemble by myself. Instructions were very easy to follow. I highly recommend it. Beautiful cabinet

Two of these pantries side by side make a nice wall unit. They lined up perfectly and provide the much needed extra storage. The second assembly went so much faster than the first because I knew exactly what the instructions meant. Definitely lay out all pieces in alphabetical order and put hardware in numerical order to make the assembly much faster and error free. Luckily the company sends extra screws because one of mine was defective and had no grooves for the screwdriver! I highly recommend this unit and the quality. Be sure to begin each screw gently and insure it is upright to keep things square and undamaged. My family is totally pleased with both pantry cabinets!

Some items in box 1 of 2 had 3 slightly damaged pieces. I contacted them and they sent replacement parts within 3 days. I assembled the cabinet today. It took a couple of hours to complete, but well worth the time. It looks great and it's very sturdy. I really appreciate their customer service.

Got to the very end of putting this cabinet together and the doors don't match up in the middle. There's definitely a 1/2 inch gap and one side is a little higher. Sort of a bummer. It could be really cute otherwise. I don't recommend it if you want an eye catching piece. ** My husband adjusted the doors and it's much better but still a slight gap. It's cute for what we need for storage but not for heavy items.**
