I was so excited to finally get it assembled. I honestly wish I would’ve read all reviews before spending my money on this. From the beginning with shipping, it has been rough. It says prime but it is a 2 box order & they arrive days apart. It’s smaller & flatter than the pictures appear . If you spend a lot of time in your living room, do not purchase. After searching for a couch within my budget I decided to take a chance on this U shaped couch. I’m so happy that I did. It came a day early, in two big boxes. It was very simple to put together, did it on my own in about 1 hour/30 minutes. The only little issue was connecting the two side chase into the metal latches. One latch on each side just needed to be bent a little, used a screwdriver and problem solved. Very happy with my couch for such a low price. ... show more

I mean for the price of $300 it's a good dorm room younger crowd type of couch. The couch is low to the ground. Cushions are thin, and somewhat uncomfortable. But it will serve its purpose until I can get something more affordable.

First the color doesn’t match the wet it was advertised but thought that’s fine as long as product looks good. Unboxed few days ago and overall am not satisfied as the back support position and cushion is bad couldn’t give enough support and not that I expected. Sitting positive is not ergonomic. Garbage don't buy. It's hard uncomfortable the cushions are flat legs are made of plastic. All the cushions but the thin ass flat ones that go on the back have Velcro to hold them on. The arm rests are just zippered on and offer no support. It's completely crap. If I could go back in time and not open this and just return it I would. Only thing good it has going for it is the fabric and color are nice. Unless you weigh 100lbs live alone and don't sit on a couch very much it's perfect for you. ... show more

I don’t recommend this couch at all, for several reasons: 1. It’s extremely heavy. The couch arrives in two packages, and each box weighs 91 pounds. So the total weight is close to 200 pounds. 2. It’s sold through a third-party seller. That means if you contact Amazon, they have to forward your request to the seller. You then wait 24–48 hours for a reply, and every back-and-forth becomes painfully slow. 3. Address changes are not handled well. I asked to change the delivery address two hours after purchasing because I had just moved to a new city and noticed my previous address was set for this order. Amazon forwarded the request to the third party, and they declined 30 hours later, saying the packages had already shipped. Because of that, I had to return the order. 4. The delivery was split and poorly tracked. The couch arrived in two boxes on different days, and it took about a week to receive the second box. However, the seller marked the delivery as completed as soon as the first box arrived. From my perspective, it felt like they were trying to reduce my return window (since the return period starts once delivery is marked complete). After that, I also couldn’t track the second box anymore, and I had no idea when it would arrive. 5. Returning it is a nightmare because of the weight. I assumed the couch was 91 pounds total based on the description, but it turned out each box was 91 pounds. Getting two 91-pound boxes to UPS was extremely difficult and costly. 6. Amazon provided only one return label. At UPS, I was told each box needs its own label to be accepted for return. I was assuming each product would have one label. So, I learned this information the hardest and most expensive way. 7. The return process has been exhausting. I asked my previous neighbor to help with the return since I wasn't living there anymore. When we learned each box needed its own label, I immediately contacted Amazon via phone and chat, but no one could fix it. They said the third-party seller must issue the second label. My neighbor had to take the couch back home again, and now we’re still waiting for the seller to send the additional label so we can restart the return process. I can’t comment on the couch’s quality because I never got to use it. But for me, the most important part of any purchase is the after-sales support, and this experience has been terrible and expensive for me. The whole process with the label mistake is costing me the equal value of the couch itself. If you buy this couch, be aware that once you’ve paid, you may be on your own if anything goes wrong. Even now, I still don’t know when (or how smoothly) I’ll get my refund. What could have been resolved in minutes with a responsive seller has turned into a stressful, expensive process and a significant financial loss for me as the customer. ... show more
