So first things first, this will come in 2 packages and they may not come at the same time. Packages # 1 may be slightly heavy and may require two person to lift but that should be it. apart from it, it is super easy to install just kind of plug and play. comfortable as well. expands full forward and backward which is pretty nice. Heating is added and even at the top most heat setting it wont burn you or make you uncomfortable. Comes with a few modes too for massages.

We received our chair today (early, yay!}) and my husband and I put it together in about 15 minutes. The most difficult part was putting the left side arm on. We ended up plugging it in and reclining it, which made it easier to attach the arms. I like that it doesn’t push my head forward when I sit in it. I’m short, so most recliners with a pillow headrest doesn’t work for me. We replaced our old recliner with this one because our cats had destroyed the fabric. Will update my review if anything changes.

It's been 3 weeks since I got this chair for my mom, so far so good. It was easy to assemble and all parts came included in 2 separate boxes. My small complaint so far is being a bit short at the foot portion of the recliner. The assembly took 30 mins, I don't recall needing any tools and once assembled everything worked fine. Message and heat work good and most importantly the lift, since my mom was having a hard time with the other recliner she used, getting up and out of it now is a breeze and ease. Worth the price too.

The instructions are horrible but I figured it out. It works perfectly for my husband whose back was seriously injured by the hospital. Massager is great, the angles of recline are comfortable and multiple, the lift is just right for him and the heat sooths his aches. Very pleased with this purchase!
