I would have bought the ACSS model (holosun 507k ACSS is a collaboration between Primary Arms and Holosun) had I known about it at the time of purchase. The ACSS model has a 230 MOA outer ring to help the user acquire to dot faster will shave tenths of a second off your aim time, even with experienced users. Those fractions of second count! This product works great! No issues to report. This was my first red dot optic and it has sold me on the Holosun brand. It is high quality and easy to use. I'd recommend holosun to everyone. If you are someone who carries, the battery life will be shorter if the "shake awake" setting active (tactically ideally) since the optic will usually turned because it is constantly sensing movement. You can disable the shake awake and turn this optic on or off at will (without needing to wait for the timer to auto-turn off) if you press and hold + and - at the same time. Then you can fast turn on by a quick press of either the + or - Botton.

Just mounted the 407 on my hellcat. No plate required. Everything seems fine. Love the green site. Purchased green based off reviews saying it worked best in daylight. The only issue I am having is registration related. Cant sem to connect to any online Holosun site. I scanned QR in the box but nothing. Called the number in instructions and they say leave us a email? Hope this works, shouldnt be this difficult to register a higher value item.

I've had the HOLOSUN HE407K-GR X2 attached to my primary carry weapon for some time now. It's been to the range several times and carried on my side consistently since being installed. The good: This little guy is loaded with features and settings that all work as advertised. I've tried out all shake-awake settings, brightness, and manual power down. There should be a setup for anyone's preferences. Installation was a breeze, coming with the parts/screws to mount seamlessly on my sidearm, and power up with the included battery. I didn't even need to use my own blue loctite, since the replacement screws came pre-loaded. The site was also pre-zeroed. First time at the range I did not need to move the zero at all. Fit and finish on my sidearm was superb. The bad: The only complaint I have thus far is with the manual power off process. In order to manually turn the unit off at the end of the day one must press the brightness up and down buttons at the same time. They are small enough and close enough together that it usually takes me two or three times to accomplish. I do not have oversized hands, so I think this will be a slight annoyance to most people attempting to do so. Not enough to dock a star in my opinion, just something to be aware of.
