Eye relief on magnifier is top notch, and adjustability is nice. Mechanism for flip to side magnifier works incredibly. Had it for over a year now and no worries about the battery. There's countless videos on youtube you can watch of people who use this sort of thing professionally, and on a pretty regular basis. There practical live fire reviews will tell you more about this than I could ever hope to. As a filthy firearm casual I needed an optic to toss on my 10.5 AR "pistol". This was on sale, I watched a bunch of videos about how it do what it do, and when I got it and installed it I was absolutely shocked to find that it do like it do in all the videos I watched. It's a good product. I got it at a hilariously discounted sale price. I would not, nor shall I ever, recommend paying full retail for a rifle optic. So, if you see this, and it's on sale again, snatch it up. If it's good enough for our soldiers who have to buy their own gear then it's good enough for you. ... show more

I put this pair on my newest AR pistol build. I loved it so much I just sent this same pair to my son for Christmas. The 3x magnification is better than you'd imagine only 3x to be, and it's crystal clear. If the target is up close to you, it can easily be pushed out of the way and you're just looking through the sight, which is awesome. This will not help you much at 500 yards, but is amazing for 200 yards and in, and especially 75 yards and in, like pig hunting. ... show more
