The media could not be loaded. I have nothing bad to say at all. Literally only took me 10 minutes at the most to have it put together from the time it was delivered to my porch. I was shocked! And the quality is sooooo much better then I usually get when I order online. Usually it's all cheap plastic and cheap rubber and everything cheap, not this one tho. It's like extremely sturdy rubber and the metal is thick and the bag is soft enough that I was just punching it without gloves and it didn't even hurt a bit(still don't recommend doing that tho cu it can do damage to ur hands). Bought this for my husband for his birthday. I'm glad we got it, it helps both of us when we are frustrated or angry about something. We filled the base with water and haven't seen a leak or anything since we got it put together. I wish it had come with gloves but that's something well get later on once we have a little money. definitely worth the buying! ... show more

The punching bag and the base came by separated with one or two days of elapse from each other. I was aware of that as per the shipper instructions. I'm just waiting to recover from a surgery to start hitting it. To my eyes it's going to serve the purpose of cardio and of mimic boxing movement; after all, the strength comes from within and the punching bag will serve as an object that you use to measure the distance and the target and the results will rely on the frequency and coordination of you punches. Hope for the best results. I recommend to wear gloves to protect your wrist and the punching bag itself since its diameter is not wide enough to prevent wrist from bending easier. ... show more
