I really like this product. I put it in my 2003 dodge ram 1500 5.7L 4wd hemi quad cab. I still need to adjust the fitment. But wow. It's actually loud, and everything works as it said. The instructions did suck. But for the price, I am very impressed. I went onto YouTube and entered the model number and followed what his instructions were. Also bench checked everything before the install. I believe people buy these products and do not fully understand exactly how to install these items. And then complain about it. These are most likely made on an assembly line. So you could get one that's defective. But I believe it's mostly the user or installer who may create the problem. Stuff happens, and you have 2 choices. Complain or get it done. I hope this review helps. Do your research before you install and you will be good. If any problems accur I will update my post! It works good. There was a few things off but nothing that really ruined my experience. For example the remote doesn't work as intended buttons were mixed up. but I hardly use the remote anyways and I'm still trying to figure out how to use the D-Link feature with my Android device to display my phone. Basic, but works. The screen is a pressure touch type with a low aspect ratio but usable for backup camera duty. (Don’t get this for the mirror link or for video watching.) Bluetooth works well for music and calls. Ir Remotes and SWC input programming both work well. Lows: There are way more feature rich radios on Amazon for only a few bucks more. Highs: pressure screen input, remotes, and knob are good for controlling it while on rough terrain. ... show more

For this price, I kind of expected this to be trash... I'm actually a little impressed by how easy it was to hook up and how good it actually sounds. My phone (Galaxy s23 Ultra) hooked right up to it (Bluetooth) YouTube music played beautifully. The sound quality is crisp and clear. There is a green wire that nearly got hooked up to one of the speaker green wires, this is for display dimming I noticed by the schematic, glad I checked... Be careful with that. Otherwise super quick install and overall I'm super happy. I didn't hook up the reverse camera because I didn't see the wire to use for the remote sensor (it's late and I have to work tomorrow, I wanted to see if the stereo worked before putting in that effort) if you have a low budget or, like me are installing it in the work vehicle, I highly recommend this unit. I'll change my review if anything changes. Nice job! 4 stars because of the instructions which I didn't use, but if I had needed them... They probably wouldn't have helped 😄 ... show more

1st one smelled of burnt wires, returned that one and got a replacement… It was JUNK too, screen constantly freezes up and you can’t get connected to your phone. Don’t waste your money!!!

The media could not be loaded. I love this radio. I bought this from 2020 and it is still working fine. The camera went blank a few time but I was able to fix it. The installation was a bit challenging because it had to resize the part on my dashboard so it could fit. Good radio for the money.
