But I have contacted them back and they have agreed to send me a new deck for your charge because it was under warranty so in all around I'd have to say that five stars is definitely the rating for me after that they are very customer satisfying and made me a very pleased customer

For this price, I kind of expected this to be trash... I'm actually a little impressed by how easy it was to hook up and how good it actually sounds. My phone (Galaxy s23 Ultra) hooked right up to it (Bluetooth) YouTube music played beautifully. The sound quality is crisp and clear. There is a green wire that nearly got hooked up to one of the speaker green wires, this is for display dimming I noticed by the schematic, glad I checked... Be careful with that. Otherwise super quick install and overall I'm super happy. I didn't hook up the reverse camera because I didn't see the wire to use for the remote sensor (it's late and I have to work tomorrow, I wanted to see if the stereo worked before putting in that effort) if you have a low budget or, like me are installing it in the work vehicle, I highly recommend this unit. I'll change my review if anything changes. Nice job! 4 stars because of the instructions which I didn't use, but if I had needed them... They probably wouldn't have helped 😄

Primeramente es un dolor de cabeza su instalación porque no viene con el kit de sujeción. Luego me encuentro con un problema, el radio se escucha pero cuando pongo el Bluetooth se empieza a escuchar por unos minutos y luego la música y las voces se escuchan entrecortadas. El micrófono pésimo las personas apenas me escuchaban. La función de espejo entras a un sitio que automáticamente Google lo reporta como potencialmente peligroso y descargas una aplicación de un sitio desconocido que me costó formatear el teléfono porque comenzó a funcionar mal. Siguiendo con el tema de la función espejo, cuando logré hacer que funcionará solo se veía en una pantalla reducida. También tengo que agregar que no tiene GPS, no tiene manera de actualizar su software, no tiene manera de agregar una aplicación de navegación o sea que es extremadamente básica y de mala calidad. Le sugiero al fabricante que es preferible que lo vendan más caro pero de mejor calidad a que vendan un producto que es una perdida de tiempo y dinero porque la instalación me costó dinero y al final no es lo que se anuncia,me desiluciono

I really like this product. I put it in my 2003 dodge ram 1500 5.7L 4wd hemi quad cab. I still need to adjust the fitment. But wow. It's actually loud, and everything works as it said. The instructions did suck. But for the price, I am very impressed. I went onto YouTube and entered the model number and followed what his instructions were. Also bench checked everything before the install. I believe people buy these products and do not fully understand exactly how to install these items. And then complain about it. These are most likely made on an assembly line. So you could get one that's defective. But I believe it's mostly the user or installer who may create the problem. Stuff happens, and you have 2 choices. Complain or get it done. I hope this review helps. Do your research before you install and you will be good. If any problems accur I will update my post! UPDATE. It still works and I am extremely happy with this purchase. It still works haven't had any problems at all.
