Pros: Easy to put together. I did it by myself late one evening before bed. Solid, this thing does not squeak at all Comes in a pretty small box, and delivery was fast Seems to be very well made Tall enough to utilize space underneath for storage Cons: There really aren’t any, unless you aren’t a fan of platform type beds. This replaces the need for a box spring and is VERY SOLID. So if you think you are going to jump on your bed and experience this magical movie like fall into your soft bed, you are mistaken my friend. I put this together in about an hour, by myself and with limited free space. This thing is solid. Installation was simple, but I used my own tools, not those included. It doesn’t squeak or move and that was with my wife and I on it. This has been mentioned in other reviews, but it’s true. The mattress and bed skirt move VERY easily. I’ll have to look into something to stop that. I’ve got an older inner spring mattress and there’s better support than the box spring. Plenty of storage underneath, too. ... show more

I built this by myself and only recommend you build it IN the room you plan to have it in. Do not make the same mistake I did lol! Otherwise, very sturdy and easy to put together. I’ve been sleeping on it and it feels very nice and firm, just what I wanted. It also fits so much storage which is a huge plus I hadn’t considered when purchasing!!! Bought this to match with my new head board as seen above. It’s a really solid frame and easy to assemble. I love the amount of storage space underneath. However I had to take a star off for what others have mentioned as well; the SMELL. That chemical smell. Enjoying my Queen 18" bed frame. Delivery was quick. Was concerned when the small box arrived open because the top lid was missing revealing the content inside, yet pleased when I slid the contents out of the box and found nothing was missing. I put it together by myself, it wasn't difficult thanks to the clear instructions and all the necessary tools included. This beautiful black frame is sturdy, it doesn't squeak, and it's really high off the floor, which I like. I use my two-step step stool to get in and out of bed. It's tall enough to utilize space underneath for storage, not that it'll be used for that as I like a clean floor, no clutter scene. I also like that a box spring isn't required. This really isn't a "con" but more of an "fyi" that the mattress will slide when you lean against it, so fyi to be careful. I like my platform bedframe and am please with my purchase. ... show more

This frame is simply amazing. A dream to put together, something rare these days. I have the 16 inch and I am over 250 pounds and this thing is as sturdy as can be. Also feet are ok for hardwood, I was surprised at that. It supports the mattress very well, just as good as box springs without the squeak. Cons, none really just make sure you want the height, I will say the 16 inch is too high for me and is nobody's fault but mine for ordering. The good part is those standard 14 inch plastic storage containers fit perfect, but it seams a little too tall for me. Also, the side supports can cause bump your toe issues. So you might need some black foam to protect the toes. But, the quality is incredible, worth a lot more then people pay for it. ... show more
