Seems to be a good product… the main frame feels very solid and went together pretty good. The instructions are horrible… and then the seat.. the instructions are even worse. I’m writing this review as I’m trying to figure out how to install the seat… I’m sure once I figure it out everything will be ok… but this is a joke to put together! ... show more

My package was delivered and within 15 minutes stolen from the front of my apartment. I was worried that they wouldn’t send me a replacement because there was photo evidence of delivery and I had no way to prove it was actually stolen. But they were super quick to send me a replacement and were very pleasant to deal with. The quality is exactly what I expected after reading a couple reviews. Super solid frame and easy to connect the wheel, pedals, and shifter to. Kind of a pain to put together by yourself but with an extra pair of hands shouldn’t be too bad. This is super sturdy and very ergonomic. Very happy with what I got for the price. Note: It will come in two packages and Amazon only tracks one of them. The seller provided tracking info for the second parcel, they showed up a couple days apart. Update: I had an issue with the shifter bracket over a year after purchase, I reached out to the manufacturer through their website and the customer service was excellent in getting the issue resolved to my satisfaction! ... show more
