I gave this chair a 4/5 stars because it came with a little stain on the back but I’m sure I can wipe it off. It was super easy to assemble, took about 20 minutes by myself to do. Major issues with the quality and safety of these chairs. I bought a set of 4 chairs in July 2023 and have already had 2 snap and fully COLLAPSE by 2025. Yes, I have tightened them periodically when needed, as I know things can loosen over time. The issue is that the “metal” material is very soft, causing bending/breakage with pressure. 2 of my relatives have now experienced a fall sitting in these. My elderly grandfather was nearly injured tonight and it was horrifying for him. I contacted the seller in January when I had then first experience of a chair breaking down. The seller let me know that they’ve made “improvements” to the metal since I’ve purchased, but refused to replace the defective frames. They told us to “buy 4 more chairs” and replace them all. Just don’t buy these - they are not safe and the seller does not care to make it right. ... show more
