Less than ten minutes scooter is either defective or false advertised. They wanted me to pose on this thing and take a picture of my plus size self to simulate how it bottomed out when the picture clearly shows how the fender got burned right off. The company desperately needs a class action lawsuit unfortunately they're a Chinese clone company and above the law. DON'T BUY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY!!!!!

I love this scooter so much I've gotten up to 400 miles of use so far, great scooter! Goes up to 50mph , i love the acceleration on dual drive, great for off roading too! I just love this scooter overall 5 stars I even named her sally

This is a heavy duty scooter. Not for minors..its not a toy. It appears like a toy, but its dangerous. Lots of fun, goes faster than I need.

5 Stars BC less stars don't show up. Ok..first opened well packaged Unfolding was easy after you realize which part. Does not lock as security and directions suck. Trying to pull on hook to refold while pulling on ring does not work but honestly I don't intend that I'm re-folding or travel but it would be nice to have a more secure locking mechanism don't want to be riding and it collapses. The seating latches fell apart once again not a big deal I did not want the seat... But had I wanted that I'd be super pissed because somebody installing this left a lot of loose ends so check every bolt or screw. The seating plate comes off super simple. I have not driven it is currently charging but this is far more complicated and frustrating knowing I paid $1,000 after shipping for something that missed a lot of quality checks which is very concerning for the purpose of the product. Luckily so far the only things that looked or felt sloppy were the two aspects that I could do without. I'm usually not a buy American everything, but I would shop around locally because they may offer better warranties and I would have taken this straight back to the seller and have them fix the s*** that was broken out of the box

So the info says 55 miles 35 is the top milage still fun but needs better battery

Great scooter. Put 150 miles on it so far. Everything runs great. Hit 49 on a full charge on it at 220 pounds. Overall I love it. However watch out for soft sand as I tried to take it on the beach by were I live and it does not do well in soft sand. Wiped out hard lol. By protective gear!!

They said it goes 50mph and it only goes 38 very disappointing don't buy this product it's a lie..Hopefully they can fix the problem then I'll be happy with my purchase...sincerely Robert mcguire
