The media could not be loaded. This is a very well-performing window unit that delivers on every feature it advertises. The cooling power is strong and consistent. I use it in a bedroom space and it handles all our cooling needs with no issue. The standard noise level is low, even on the highest fan speed. Not silent, but easily acceptable for sleep. There is even a quiet mode which at 37 dB (“Quiet” mode) is some of the lowest noise level in the ac industry. Installation was very straightforward. The included bracket simplifies the process, and the slim profile is appreciated. The window can be opened and closed without issue with unit installed. I saw the one-star review claiming the unit is “extremely loud.” That does not reflect my experience and is likely the result of a defective unit or shipping damage. My unit arrived in good condition and has functioned properly from day one. There’s nothing to indicate a design flaw or manufacturing issue. The smart features work well. I’ve had no issues connecting to Wi-Fi or using the app. This is a solid choice if you’re looking for a compact, quiet, and energy-efficient window AC. No reservations recommending it. My first night using this AC unit. Did very well, very quiet, I had one problem, connecting to the wifi system. I downloaded the Google Home app, but could connect. No worries, I only use it to cool my bedroom. Installation wasn't a snap. The wing or curtains did not fit properly, I had to engineer another solution. Took me 4 hours to install the unit, make sure you tilt the unit back using a level, I did 3/4 bubble tilt. And make sure someone is there to help you lift it into place. Luckily I have a fantastic neighbor who helped me lift the unit. I like the dim feature, it shut off the lighted panel, I like a very dark bedroom. My bedroom and hall is 165 sft, it cooled down to 65F in 15 minutes. My home is very well insulated, with e-glass windows, extra high attic insulation. These unit use a splash water system and MUST BE TITLED to drain condensation. Although this unit was considered a refurbished product, it had never been out of the box. VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW; If the ambient outside temperature is below 59f or15c the air conditioner will not cool down. I learned this the hard way. Works good above 60f. ... show more

This unit worked out great for my small kitchen window that was too short for a traditional window unit to fit in. It is low noise and cools a living room and kitchen area very well ( I have an open floor plan). It has lots of different options for fan, cooling, dehumidification, different fan speeds and a timer. It also has a wifi option which I haven't used. Overall I'm please with it. The only downside was of course it was pricer than a standard type unit that I could just run in a hardware or big box store and purchase. ... show more

I had recently updated my window units to inverter units. This lowered the power bill by about $75 a month overall. I however struggled to find a unit that would fit one of the bedroom windows which only had a clearance of 11 inches. Luckily it’s easily accessible from outside so I was able to just slide this right in. This was the easiest install out of any window unit I have ever done. Took all of 5 minutes and it was in and insulated. It’s quiet and cools effectively. I would recommend this to anyone who has a small profile window that can install from the outside. The only thing I don’t like is that the drain hole isn’t on the bottom so water could still sit until it goes over the lip of the hole. ... show more

Works great. My unit (also renewed) is quiet and sips power like the Midea U-shaped window ac's. This unit has a grey drain plug on the back left side that can be pulled out to drain water, just make sure the ac is tilted slightly towards the outside so that water drains correctly. I live in a very humid environment and the excess water produced will cause mold to grow if not drained. ... show more

I haven’t used them yet because it’s winter time. I bought them because they were cheap on sale when you buy stuff in a winter it’s usually half prize or even less. I got a good deal on them
