The night vision on these camera is wonderful ! You can see everything clear , you can hear , they follow your movement . We had a slight problem with the hard drive , but they were so quick to help and get the problem resolved very fast !! Definitely the best security cameras we’ve owned so far. after 30 days and working with tec support the system still won't send real time updates with EseeCloud software. Then to top it off today it won't stay connected to wi-fi so needless to say I am returning the system. It's looks like a nice system and probably would be if they could get a app that worked with it and fix the wi-fi issue.

The instructions were a bit intimidating at first, but they're pretty easy to set up and use. My grandma had a different model of the same cameras and she loves them as well. I like the tracking but it does seem to catch and alert on things that aren't people. Overall great product and quality.

I was very disappointed in the quality of this system.. after installing two of the cameras and monitor then attempting to also install the app for my phone.. I came to find out you can only use one or the other, once you have the cameras pair to the monitor they will not work on the app to.. also discovered that the night vision is not that great and nonexistent if a solar light comes on.. very difficult to install cameras to the house with the camera and cable running through the mounting plate requires two people on ladders one to hold the camera and one to mount the plate.. too difficult or impossible to run the cable adapters through once mounted.. I like the monitor feature to view while at home and not being attached to my phone constantly…
