Always been happy with the HiSeeU system improved coverage now with how it follows the subject in the camera with the system is why I went with it... support doesn't answer they call you back within a day which is really nice. They're always very helpful. 24 hour seven day and actually our old system we put in our Brother's place and he really likes it too. I've had the system for almost 10 years now combining the older system I had which was a six camera and now I have a 10 camera system

I first purchased this security system several years ago and it is still working great. I got it primarily just to watch the birds and animals that feed, bathe and just hangout in my back yard. I also have motion lights so I can easily see when something is moving through at night. Being very satisfied with the first system, I purchased this new system to place more cameras around the house looking towards the streets. I also have some just mounted on boards that I can easily move around to check out other areas of interest. The setup is straight forward. You just follow the prompts as the system talks you through it. The four cameras that came with the system are already linked. I bought four more and adding them is easy. Just plug them in and have them within a meter of the system. Go to the camera setup dialog and click the add button. It will take about a minute and then says "Connection Successful". Then you can go back to the screen showing the view and it will appear. From there you can mount it where you want. Deciding where you want to mount the cameras and putting them in place is the most time consuming part. Obviously you need to have a power source nearby. The cord for the power supply about 10-feet long. You can purchase extension cables and splitters to be able to use the same power supply for more than one camera. Those supplies are very inexpensive. There are a few camera options that can only be done through the downloadable app. One that was very important to me was inverting the image. The way I wanted to mount the camera made the image upside down. You can easily flip that with through the app. Overall, I am very pleased with this product.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing bargain for 4-cameras and a main station. The app is available from anywhere - I can set alerts to notify me when there is any activity in the store. The cameras can be set to "track" people in the store, and the system records 24x7 without ever having to worry about deleting footage. The footage is stored locally as well as in the cloud with optional subscription. Love this system! Actual footage in this review!

I love the cameras. The install was simple, the picture is pretty good and I love the settings that you can do with the camera, like highlighting around the person it spotted. Now it has spotted a falling leaf and depicted it as a human, but hey, it found it none the less. The only issue I have with it that they don’t explain to you, is that the subscription for the cloud storage, is for each individual camera. So I got the 4 pack, that would be 4 separate subscriptions instead of doing a deal package. Other than that, the cameras serve their purpose, I can speak through them, the alerts are almost instant to my phone, and the night vision works great. I will be buying a 5th camera to add to it, I just bought at 1tb sd card to save the clips that I want to. I will be recommending this product to my family and friends. Update: just under a year of having these and 1 of the cameras stopped working altogether. But relatively still happy with the others I have. But will need to replace the one that no longer works. Still worth the money in the end.

The upgrade was the best thing I have done for our security. The picture are so clear and the kids had fun running around the house to see if it really followed them, and it did every step they made ,nd it alerted me with the alarm for on my phone. BEST PURCHASE EVER.

Love the cameras so far. Was able to get cameras set up easily and they were able to be put where no other camera was able to reach wifi. Picture was good and love that you can move the camera around to see all areas.
