My husband and I were having a difficult time finding a faucet we liked. We really liked the goose-neck, spring look, but we wanted to be able to get the corners of the very large sink or the bottom of a pot with the sprayer and we were concerned that most of the goose-neck spring faucets wouldn’t reach. Enter Wewe with the weird name but the stellar option! Took a chance and ordered it but the extra-length pull-out option didn’t actually come with the deck plate. So I reached out to their product support and man, were they stellar! They responded quickly, they shipped the part right away, and it got here quickly. We were able to install the faucet today — echoing other reviewers here that the install of the new faucet was 10x easier than the removal of the old one — and it works great! Looks great, too! Overall very happy with this purchase and the support. The ONLY thing I didn’t truly love was the Wewe logo on the face of the on/off switch. I had to drill my own hole so I got some diamond tip bits ( Dry Diamond Core Drill Bit,HIGHDRIL 2pcs Diameter 25mm 1" with Triangle Shank Vacuum Brazed Hole Saw) from amazon for about $15 which worked well. The installation of the faucet was very fast and easy. Compared to other RO System faucets I have had in the past, I like this one's build quality better. the base is solid and the parts provided make it a super easy install. The flow of water was surprisingly fast. I bought an RO System with a larger diameter tube and opening for delivering the water to the faucet and this faucet works perfectly in this setup. << It delivers about 2 cups of water in the same amount of time it took my old system to deliver 1 cup. ... show more

I bought 2 replacement faucets with almost identical design; this one one for the laundry room and another for the kitchen sink from another brand that's typically 3-4 times more expensive (rhymes with mouse.) The kitchen sink version from the more expensive supplier is definitely heavier and a little taller, but for the money the WEWE faucet appears to be a great buy. The hardest part of the install was removing the old faucet. This one comes with a hand-turned collar for tightening the nut against the bottom of the counter. Very easy to use and avoids a lot of swearing. The faucet comes with nice long hoses so I was able to lose the extension hoses from the old faucet. In spite of what some reviews say, it does come with a sturdy 3-hole base plate. The base plate has a mounting pad that provides solid support for the faucet. The faucet head comes off the mount but there is no additional hose that pulls out from below the sink like some similar faucets. I like this because extension hoses have a tendency to tangle under the sink, and I can reach everything I need to with this. The faucet head button stays in the setting (stream/spray) when you turn the faucet off and back on. Not sure why other manufacturers don't do this. Only 4 stars for now until we see ho it holds up but I wouldn't hesitate to buy another. ... show more

I had previously written how height description was in accurate. Seller apologized and provided an extra refund for my trouble. They have also changed their listing to accurately reflect the height of the faucet at 17 inches. I applaud their effort so am changing my rating on the faucet as it does appear well made. Unfortunately it won't work for my situation. Old review, I purposely bought this particular faucet due to its Height and good reviews. Height is listed as 15.7, I have a cabinet this was supposed to go under that is 17 inches high. You can see in the picture there is no way its going to fit as it is slightly over 17 inches high, need to send it back, description for measurements are not correct so beware. ... show more

Faucet is exactly as described and appears to be good quality. I'm not able to tell any difference between this and hardware store faucets that are twice the price. It looks and feels nice. Installation was very easy, with a single hand-tightened nut. Removing our existing faucet was, by far, the most difficult part of the process. If I'd already had that removed, installation would have taken maybe five minutes or less. ... show more
