I'm not sure how it's suppose to feel but definitely has a bit of intensity to it. I haven't seen huge improvements but I don't think it's a miracle product either. I've used it for 2 weeks and can use it when I'm watching TV for a little while. The adhesive is strong just make sure your dry not sweaty or humid from the shower.

This is a good starting product to vibration. Need few days to get used to it but can be used under clothes and no one will notice it because the vibration is with electric pulse and no movement can be detected front outside. If you are sensitive with headaches maybe not ideal.

The quality is very cheap and there is no “protective film” to be removed as it stated in the instructions. The stick pads are very poor quality and only brings 2 pair. Doesn’t include the batteries.

At first I didn't think it was going to be a strong stimulator but boy was I wrong. This worked great and helped me with my sore back after a day at the gym. Very satisfied!
