- RM01 Seated Row MachineJELENS back workout equipment is the tool of the trade for building depth in the middle back and training the hard to reach lower lats. Unlike traditional rowing machines, its fixed motion path design ensures continuous, precise resistance directly targets key muscle groupsincluding the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, and trapezius muscles. Every effort efficiently engages these muscles, delivering a genuine burning sensation in your back
- Sturdy Support, Safe RowThis back machine features high-strength steel construction with a stable 400-pound weight capacity. Its surface is coated with a corrosion-resistant finish for long-lasting durability. Thickened seat, chest pad, and footplates offer multi-point support. Rubber base caps protect floors and boost stability. Innovative reclined seating protects the lumbar spine while maximizing range of motion, ensuring safer and more efficient training
- Dual-Handle DesignThis back extension machine features a dual-handle design. The rotating handles allow natural arm rotation, effectively reducing elbow strain, the fixed handles provide stable tension for precise targeting of specific muscle groups. By adjusting the grip width, a narrow grip intensifies the latissimus dorsi and mid-back muscles, while a wide grip targets the upper back and deltoids, delivering comprehensive back sculpting
- Independent Dual-Arm DesignThis t bar row machine features an independent arm design, allowing both arms to move synchronously for symmetrical strength development or operate independently for unilateral training. This effectively corrects muscle imbalances and enhances proprioception. Whether in synchronous or alternating mode, it precisely activates the latissimus dorsi, erector spinae, and biceps brachii muscles
- Personalized ComfortThe back row machine features a fully adjustable design: 7-level chest pad adjustment, 5-level seat height adjustment, and 5-level fore/aft adjustment, precisely adapting to different body types. Paired with an ergonomic tapered seat cushion, it ensures a comfortable posture, promotes proper form and precise power transfer, and delivers more efficient training
- Space-SavingBack machines home gym requires only about 12.7 square feet of floor space to instantly transform your home or office into a private gym. Its compact design (approximately 61.9 29.5 44.3 inches) fits effortlessly into any corner, saving space while delivering a complete back workout experience

I Took A Chance!
Style: RM01
I didn't want to spend a lot on a seated row machine,so this one fit the bill. And I'm happy to say that after a week of use,I'm glad I made the purchase. It targets the back muscles like a heat seeking missle! And a big plus is the thought that went into the hardware packaging. On a scale of 1-10,I give it a 10.

Great machine
Style: RM01
Well made. Easy assembly if you’re good with tools. Instructions easy to follow. Works really well. Super smooth and adjustable for multiple users. You could spend a lot more and not get much more quality.

Typical budget equipment, terribly designed.
Style: RM01
Good luck with this. About as terrible of a resistance profile as you can get. Typical bottom-tier low-cost entry equipment. Pretty rough cushioning on the chest support pad. Just avoid and either get a real chest supported row that takes up more space, or use your bench and cable system and still get better stimulus.
