This is my first ebike, and after looking at several models, I chose the Himiway Cruiser Step over. It's a blast to ride! Took a bit to get the right PAS setup, but overall I'm very happy with it. I have lower back issues and being able to ride a bike again is awesome. Putting the bike together was fairly simple, completing in about 45 minutes. It took a while to get the brakes adjusted to where they don't make any noise, but still get a slight noise every now and then. The gears were easy to adjust as well. I replaced the seat with a more comfortable one and also added mirrors. Overall, I love this bike. It's powerful and gets up to speed quickly. I am disappointed that it caps out around 25 mph when most other bikes will hit 28 mph, but that's being picky. Still waiting to get the rear back that was included in the Black Friday promo sale, and the manufacturer has been in touch with me regarding the delay in shipping with the bag. Great overall experience so far.

Recently bought this Himiway cruiser and I cannot get over how many standard features it has compared to other e bikes. My wife recently bought another brand of e bike and she is disappointed with her bike after she saw what the Himiway cruiser has. The quality and design are exceptional! It came securely boxed, with only a few pieces to put together. There were no missing pieces, not even a small bolt or screw. So, if you are in the market for a e bike, Himiway should be your first choice. You won’t be disappointed.

Part 1. I have not unpacked the bike yet but it was received sooner than expected. Also got an email from Himiway about another piece of the order was on backorder. This advance warning was a big help in an upcoming trip and we are able to cover the missing item. I'm excited to assemble the bike and take it on this planned group trip. I will follow up with a part II review after our group trip. Part 2. Completed a rail trail trip with 5 other e bikes and camping gear. The bike was flawless and also handled 65 lbs of camping gear in a trailer. The bike was very comfortable from the start. Range was very good and best of all predictable when planning overnight charging stops. The bike has good handling manners on paved roads, gravel roads, unimproved trails, and beach sand. I think this was a good selection of an affordable ebike. I have had another e Bike (Foldable) and never liked the handling. This bike is like a big comfortable luxury car with surprising handling off road. This bike is a trail rail king. In my unprofessional opinion I would recommend this bike. Also customer service was very responsive and most helpful.
