I suffered a cardiac event 5 months ago. I used to race mountain bikes but over the last couple years have gotten out of shape. This chubby bike will help me get back in shape. It was pretty easy to assemble, pretty easy to understand. Took it around a dirt track with some moderate descents and a couple ascents. 5 mile long laps. Nothing too technical. The bike did very well. I am very pleased. If I had one thing negative to say... it is chubby (80+lbs). Not exactly nimble. But mechanically sound, sturdy and inspired confidence. I have several e-bikes and this one is the best by far. Very comfortable ride and lots of torque but still falls into the Class 2 e-bike category so it can be ridden pretty much wherever a regular bike can go. A lot of attention to detail regarding manufacturing. Very easy to unpack and assemble. Took less than 30 minutes. Of all of my bikes, this is the most fun to ride. If you're looking for a cover that fits the Cobra. Most bike covers are to small only being 82in. I purchased a 86in. Motorcycle cover. ITS FITS PERFECT. I love the COBRA, GREAT BIKE.

So here’s the deal, I purchased this bike thru Amazon because it was listed as “in stock” but apparently I was purchasing it directly from Himiway which meant the bike was actually out of stock. It took forever to finally get the bike. It wasn’t packaged very well and there was a big gouge in the carbon fiber wrap. Himiway rep didn’t think it was a big deal and took $50 off the price. Next issue was that the display wasn’t working properly. It’s supposed to be able to charge a phone thru a USB C connection. That didn’t work either. After weeks of emails I finally received the replacement display. I installed it and this one didn’t work either. This has been such a pain in the a** that I’d never purchase another bike from Himiway. Now I’m stuck with it and can’t return the bike because it’s passed the return date. Conclusion, the bike rides great but their customer service sucks and so do their displays! ... show more

I live in a subdivision with a lot of hills and the Himiway Cobra has made long rides possible by reducing the recovery time after a hill to zero. As a tall person I had to make a number of additional purchases and adjustments for size to my non-battery bike for riding comfort. I love this bike and have enjoyed the ride even in the winter when the temp is in the 30's. This bike is huge, I am 6'1" and 225 i would say it may be a lot to handle for someone smaller. It does very well except on extremely steep hills. It will not climb every hill. It will climb most hills.
