Looks nice for a rustic look. Nice you can control the light with a dimmer. Working out well. I've bought other salt lamps that had the light bulb break right away, or the wiring just didn't work properly. I really like that it can be hung up, I used a standalone plant hanger that I have in the living room for hanging lamps, and I really love the dimmer too. Too bad almost all the pieces were more white than orange/pink shade, but it's ok. Still really like it. Most of the pieces were very small, and you can see that the bulb itself is not protected from being crushed by salt pieces in the second photo, so be careful when placing the pieces in the basket. The hanger is solid when you attach the hanger, so that's a plus too. ... show more

This Himalayan Crystal Lamp is gorgeous! I really love it! I didn’t ecoect it to be this big. I bought this for my desk at work and everyone Says it’s beautiful! Told them to actually check it out. I am very pleased with my order, it was delivered 3days ahead too! Great product and fast delivery.

Let's start with the bad. Out of the box, the three spheres on the bottom of the lamp were half devoid of paint because the improperly packaged salt caused them to rust. I had to clean them and then color them with a black Sharpie. Next, the top of the lantern did not fit properly on the lamp. It took a lot of force to push it down and then insert both sides of the hanger into the holes. Even then, the hanger wanted to pop out. I had to bend the hanger a little so that both sides would stay in the holes. Once that was done, the top of the lantern did not lay flush. As you can see, I modified this lamp to be a hanging lamp. I had to cut and splice an extra 5 ft of electrical cord. Also, I bought 9 ft of black chain and, wove the electrical cord through it. After all the modifications I made, Hanging up on the ceiling, I'm happy with it. However, this was quite expensive for such a cheap and faulty product. The only reason I didn't return it, is because this really is the only large salt lamp on Amazon that you can hang. ... show more
