Big waste of time. I carried all six boxes upstairs. I was so excited. Are the stools cute? Yes!!! Are they worth it? NO!!! I wasted two hours of my day on these stools. They have no pre-drilled holes and the wood is hard. The screws have to go on through a deep hole at an angle to get to where you have to screw them into, so a power drill is out of the question. Assembly is near impossible. I spent quite some time disassembling what I had already tried to do and boxing it back up. Now I have to carry all of these downstairs, load them into my car, drive them 45 minutes to the nearest UPS place, unload them out of my car, take them into the UPS place, ship them back, then drive the 45 minutes back home. DON’T waste your time and money. ... show more

Ridiculously hard to put together for something so simple. Definite manufacturing errors. I bought three. The first one I was able to get together, after fiddling and attempting to screw for 45 minutes, but was not sturdy at all from the second I was “finished” assembling. I was only able to get maybe half of the correct parts to be flush against one another, but nothing else seemed to fit properly. The 2nd one was completely unusable because the parts simply did not fit together and the screws would not take. I gave up and didn’t even attempt to assemble the third. I was assembling the Stool and I realized that one of the pieces directly below the seat didn't have a threaded insert. I followed the included instructions for reporting a problem. Called the number and after going through 4 or 5 keypad punches was disconnected. Step 2 Went to the website as instructed in the directions. Submitted my request as instructed. Received an email stating that I didn't do it correctly. So I tried to follow the instructions in the email. The web page wasn't fully visible. You couldn't see the first word for the instructions for each required field. The final "consent" check box could not be checked. They also wanted proof of purchase from Amazon All this for an 8" piece of wood Terrible customer service ... show more

Hard to put together. I got it for $20 and it was too much trouble to return but not something I would buy again. It’s nog awful. It’s kind of cute even, but not great quality and difficult to assemble

I am a 25% disappointed due to one of the pieces was missing a hole and cost me $10.00 and drive few miles looking for a carpenter to open it in order for me to put together all the parts and then one of the counter stools is missing those white little plastic covers at the end of the legs and the metals are a bit rusty ... show more
