Let's start with the assembly. What made it challenging to the novice assembler were the poorly drawn instructions. One step is completely missing. After the legs and the stool and backing are assembled separately it's supposed to be pulled together by four bolts and a flat and lock washer. It took two adult women, Both with professional degrees, 20 minutes to figure out the seat plate has to be turned to allow the bolts to line up and be settled into the machined holes. Obviously, the professional degrees are not in mechanical engineering. Additionally, the stool is a bit too short for the counter once constructed. How about some footings that can be leveled, guys! ... show more

Fits our color scheme to a tea! However, received 3 blue and one white. Was able to return the white. Was told they were out of the blue so they substituted a white. Seriously? At least it gave me a good laugh for my day!! I would like to find out why the person who substituted a different color on one item from a set of four would think that was a good move?? Fairly esy to assemble and fairly sturdy construction. However, the seat cushion area is so small it feels like you are going to fall off the front of the chair. It is necessary to support yourself with your feet to stay securely in the chair.
