I received these chairs and the legs for three of the four purchased were covered in rust. Additionally, the cushion on one the seats were permanently dented on the corners, to the point that all you feel is the board beneath in those areas. I had already paid a service to put them together, and had a gathering coming up, so sending them back wasn’t an option. However, when I contacted to ask for a partial refund to cover the faulty cushion and the additional cost of touching up the rusty legs, or at least courtesy credits, I was refused. The agent told me the “fabric is only bent”, that these photos “only prove one leg is rusty”, and that neither issue was enough to provide any further solution. Wow. To top it off, the seats are very very firm. I fully regret this purchase and, were it not for the additional money I’ve sunk into them to make them decent for my event, I’d be sending them right back. Buyer beware! ... show more

This is a great buy. The only downsides they do not go all the way under the granite due to the width. Nevertheless, they are absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and sturdy.

    • Wobbly and missing pieces
I bought two sets of these. Screws were missing so I could only put 3 of the 4 together. I contacted their customer service, they were responsive but it took quite a few back and forth emails for them to confirm my purchase. They rent replacement legs for the two stools that wobbled but forgot the screws. Then they sent the wrong hardware… but eventually got it right. The stools are comfy and pretty sturdy but overall it took a month for the issues to be mostly resolved. I put small chair pads under the legs that were short and that stopped the wobble ... show more
